Arrived home at 7:30 pm… my house was 85 degrees. It is July in Phx. I began calling places erratically. I searched for ones that said 24/7 urgent service. Every single one of them told me that it would be at least a one week’s wait. .. It’s 118 outside.! We’ll die by then. Thank goodness this place popped up on Google. They didn’t have many reviews… but I was running out of choices. I phoned them and someone actually answered the phone! I didn’t get a phone answering service relaying the issue to a company… who would then give me a ridiculous amount of wait time or not answer at all. Travis, my ac tech, arrived at my house in under 30 mins and fixed my ac! I will call these guys from now on. Da 💣! Thx so much!

One lady that answers the phones was not very nice but Travis the Manager made up for it and my experience was good.

Great service, installers very professional and nice. Great prices. When there was a problem with one of the brand new units, they drove to 2 different warehouses to get the right part and fix it late on a Friday. Highly recommend!

Yo lemme tell you, Ryan and Marcin were amazing. They came and uninstalled an old AHU (air handler unit) and my condenser outside. They were very professional and respectful. They showed up on time and got the job done. Definitely would recommend them to anyone.

Received fast friendly and efficient plumbing services. Mark cleared 2 drains of my house that I just moved into. I'm so glad he was available because I've never had a plumber as good as him and I don't have time to find another plumber

I can’t say enough great things about Luxury Air Conditioning & Plumbing. Our AC went out and they sent a diagnostic guy out yesterday afternoon and by this morning they were here, ON TIME!! Rayson and Juan were our technicians and these boys are the real heroes working in these treacherous conditions to make sure families are safe and happy. Great service yet again by Luxury AC. They fit is in the next day when one of our AC units quit working on Friday afternoon. We were back in business Saturday morning by 10am with a new fan capacitor. Thanks Luxury!

Woke up this morning and house was at 76 degrees AC unit wouldn’t kick on. Texting Ryan about 530 am by 930 am his team had replaced the capacitor and we have AC again. Great service extremely responsive!

Had a great experience with Luxury Air Conditioning. The rooftop heat pump unit finally died at the back of my house, and it was time for a replacement. It was not an emergency as I still had the main unit working that covers most of the house.

I called Luxury Air and they had someone come out to measure the same day and had the whole unit installed the very next day.

Every person I talked with was professional. They left my house clean and my roof clean. They even fixed the drain line on my other air conditioner for no additional cost. They just saw it was disconnected and glued it back together.

Excellent experience overall, and will definitely be recommending this company to my friends.

I will definitely be using Luxury A/C and Plumbing from here on out, as well as recommending others to use your services. Our technician Kadin was very professional and knowledgeable. After he resolved this issue, I swear my A/C unit works better than it ever has!
