Straightforward, honest and refreshingly professional service call. Steve was down to earth, he explained things from his perspective if this situation were to happen at his home. He Took care of our air conditioning issue on the spot and left me with a very comfortable piece of mind feeling that my Air conditioning system is now in very good hands

Mountainside was awesome, would recommend and we will be using them again. I also have to call out Cristian who came out in the morning, diagnosed the problem, ran through different repair options and then made sure to get our A/C working all by then end of day. Cristian stayed later than he had to make sure everything was working and did an amazing job.

I have had 2 techs for different jobs and they both were excellent. Installed thermostat where Threshold said couldn't be done.

Jerry did an AC tune-up. His service was friendly and professional. I liked that the business did not pressure us to make an immediate decision based on the condition of our current system. He emailed us separate estimates for new parts or an entirely new system to review at our leisure. I highly recommend.

Chris S. of Mountainside air conditioning did a system check up for me today. He was on time, courteous, friendly and informative. Able to answer all of my questions about the status of the system. No overhype, no big sales push. Very much appreciated and I will be using Mountainside again.

I called during the hottest day of the year, July 9th 118 degreesand Tom answered the call and his technician, Christian was at my house within half an hour. He diagnosed my A/C issue and determined my system compressor was about to fail. Christian remained here and gave me a quote for three different systems.
We reviewed the prices and I chose the correct one for our house. Less than 48 hours my new heat pump system was installed and running. Fantastic !
I feel that the price quoted for our complete system was fair. I have no reservation at all in recommending Mountain Air HVAC

Very efficient and got the new AC up in an extremely timely manner, very professional, clean respectful and you can tell that they really care about the work that they do. 10 out of 10 recommend I also love what they do to support our troops and seemed very good with dealing with our dogs and baby.

Chris S was pretty amazing, although he couldn't help me, (I need a new unit), he delivered the bad news with grace, empathy, and a really pleasant demeanor. He was encouraging and is clearly an asset to this company.

I chose Mountainside Air repair due to their five reviews. They came out and diagnosed the AC issues which were clogged drains in the attic, causing a leak in our family room. I am now going to use them for annual air conditioning check ups to prevent any mishaps in the future. Congratulations to Mountainside for having great staff and a shout out to Christian who came repaired our air-conditioning units.

It was my first time using this company and I was glad I did! Our AC went out at 2 am and Tom was at our house by 8:15 am. He found the problem, showed me a video of the part that needed to be fixed, discussed pricing and my AC was back up within 30 min. I highly recommend this company. Great service!

We had a problem with our air conditioner in our master bedroom. After our original service company failed to correct the problem, we contacted Mountainside Air. Chris found the problem and corrected it and outline the options which were available to us to replace our AC unit, which was 10 years old. We contracted with the company for a new AC unit which was installed flawlessly and works perfectly. Based on our experience, we can recommend Mountainside Air for any HVAC problems that you may have.

After our excellent experience with Mountainside air, we elected to replace our thermostats in the remaining areas of our home. We contacted Mountainside snd received a quote for the three thermostats we needed. Several days later Chris successfully installed all three. Including the app. We are very satisfied with this company.

In August 2025, our new air conditioner in the master bedroom quit working At 6 AM I called Mountainside and spoke with Steve who told me what he thought the problem was and would like to schedule a repair call today. Steve came on time and his suspected problem was correct. He corrected it and our air conditioner is working perfectly now. In addition, he was so kind as to repair the wall around our thermostat for this air conditioner snd repaint it with the paint that we supplied him. I don’t know how much more anyone could expect of any company than what we have received from Mountainside air. I would highly recommend them for any of your HVAC Issues that you might have.

Excellent experience, glad we chose Mountainside Air. Cristian provided thoughtful, factual explanations as to the issues our older unit is facing but did not pressure us to purchase anything. Definitely felt like a valued customer. We will be using this company again for sure!

Communication was on point. The tech hit the time window of arrival that was given and they came on short notice when our AC went out. Tech took pictures and showed in detail for repair to be done. Highly recommend this company

Cristian was the Mountainside Air technician who recently serviced our two AC units.

For us, he checked all the boxes: He arrived on time, was thorough and honest in his analysis, was clear on explaining specific areas of concern, and performed the maintenance flawlessly.

We were late in scheduling our AC maintenance this year, and several other companies were booked out for months.

We feel fortunate that Mountainside was able to get us scheduled so quickly, and that Christian was our technician as he provided provided quality service.

Best a/c company I have ever used. Cristian is amazing, professional, punctual and absolutely the BEST a/c tech ever. I have lived through a nightmare for 5 years. Dealing with 4-5 different a/c companies that all lie. If they tell you it's just the way the a/c units are made and not a word about air flow.....run as fast as you can . Save yourself the hassle and trauma, ask for Cristian ❤️. This might just be the last honest and trustworthy a/c company out there. Also, very reasonable prices, and they stick to their estimate.

Awesome awesome service!! My mother's a/c took a crash so I called Mountainside Air on a Sunday spoke to Steve, one of the owners, he told me they weren't available until Monday, but was more than willing to help me over the phone being that the issues I described could be an easy fix. Unfortunately we did need service, Steve showed up promptly with a clean truck, uniform and attitude! Gave me straight nuts and bolts on what's was wrong along with other economical options. Never once did I feel pressured to choose a certain option he presented. Decided to go with repair and left her a/c working! Will definitely have him out for my personal home as well! Highly recommended!

Highly recommend Mountainside Air! My husband and I are very grateful for them and always appreciate how quickly they can schedule us. We got a new AC from them last year and they were amazing.
