Had them come out to check our AC and the experience was great. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. They made sure everything was working correctly and answered all our questions.

I had contacted The Cool Saguaro to come in and check our AC unit because the motor was running even when it was off. Mr. Luis (the actual owner of the company) contacted us right away. Luis stopped by and checked it out. It truned out to be something that we were not doing correctly. 🤭. He was so friendly and honest to what needed to be done. Not that we needed a tune up, but Luis recommended that usually its better to do a tune up every year so we have a good and clean air coming in, and we have not done one since like 4 or 5 yrs.. So we ended up doing an appointment for that.
Like I said before, Mr.Luis was very friendly and honest we highly recomend his company. You actually get to talk to the OWNER of the company!!!

Luis with Cool Saguaro Air Conditioning and Plumbing is truly a rare find. He's honest, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares. After another company suggested replacing my entire unit, Luis quickly found and fixed the Freon leak in my attic for a very fair price- and he even caught another issue others missed. It's refreshing to find this level of integrity. Highly recommend!

They are quick, reliable, and honest. Our A.C. stopped cooling. They were able to come out the same day, diagnose it, and repair it quickly. They didn't try and upset us on anything and their price was very reasonable. Highly recommended!

With the hot weather coming in that weekend, I was really hoping to get my AC serviced quickly but had no luck finding anyone available—until I called Cool Saguaro. They were able to come out just 2 days later, which was a huge relief.
Luis was professional, friendly, and provided excellent service from start to finish. On top of that, the pricing was very reasonable.
