Attic Construction was a pleasure to work with. I really liked Anthony and his crew. They cleaned out 30 years of bird poop, rat poop and gross fiberglass insulation then put in all new insulation and a radiant barrier on the attic rafters. Attic Construction is on my highly recommended list.

Called Attic for a second opinion on insulation/heat barrier after the company I had a maintenance agreement with told me that my insulation was low in places and recommended I also get a radiant heat barrier.
Israel came to the house and walked the entire attic and took pictures. He then informed me that not only did we not need insulation--we had over 9 inches throughout, we already had a radiant heat barrier. Needless to say, I was extremely grateful for the honesty. He also immediately air dropped the photos so I could see for myself. The previous tech claimed his phone was "broken."
Would highly recommend both Attic and Israel.

After quoting prices and services with 3 different companies, I found that Attic Construction offered me exactly what I needed at a price that I felt was fair for the type of work that was required on my attic. Although the completion of the project took a little longer than scheduled due to 2 small incidents which were immediately resolved by Anthony (the crew supervisor) and Rudy, a manager of Attic Construction. My particular job required rodent elimination and exclusion, in addition to insulation removal and replacement. I awarded the job to Attic Construction after entertaining a half-dozen proposals. I was pleased with, and impressed by, every AC employee I interacted with, including Shawn (Sales), Jacob (Ownership) and Rudy and his crew (Operations). I appreciated their patient, deliberative approach, and their focus on delivering a satisfactory outcome above all else.

Quick and professional. Master bedroom was always 10 degrees hotter than the rest of the house which made sleeping impossible. They added blown-in insulation and did air sealing. Problem solved. Scheduled us within 2 days and finished in one afternoon.

Didn't expect this level of service. Robert came out, showed us thermal imaging of where all the heat was escaping, then his crew knocked out the whole attic restoration in one day. House feels completely different now and the AC isn't running constantly anymore.

This company had great communication, organized and did an amazing job! They kept me informed in every step of the process and made sure I saw pictures of before, during and after the job was done. Kyler was great and loved working with him!!!!

Just had insulation put in the attic today. Everything looks good. Angle and Kyle did a great job. Cleaned up after themselves. Would recommend them.

Had rodent droppings everywhere up there and the smell was awful. These guys did the full decontamination, sealed up all the entry points, then put in fresh blown-in insulation. Problem solved and no more nasty smells. Crew was super respectful of our home too.

Kyler and his crew did an outstanding job in a complex and very tight attic. They were punctual, professional, clean, friendly and their work product couldn't have been better. The planned scope of work was projected to take 4 days and they stayed longer each day to get it done in just 3 days, helping us avoid an extra day with open doors in the peak heat of summer. They do a tough job exceptionally well - we strongly recommend their services.

Quick review - upstairs bedrooms were unbearable last summer. Got the radiant barrier installed plus new insulation and it's night and day. Kids actually sleep through the night now because their rooms stay cool. Worth every penny for that alone.

After getting three quotes, Attic Construction was the only company that actually crawled up there and showed me pictures of the problem. Insulation was missing in huge sections and what was there was compressed and useless. They did a full insulation replacement and the upfront pricing had zero surprises. Really impressed.

Had squirrels living in our attic and they destroyed the insulation. Attic Construction did the rodent exclusion work so they can't get back in, cleaned everything out, and put in new stuff. Been six months and no issues. Plus our heating bill went down which was a nice bonus.

We contacted Attic Construction to remove very old dusty cellulose insulation, clean our attic and install blown in fiberglass insulation. They were amenable to providing their services in two phases. We were delighted that they were also able to install a folding attic access ladder on the first phase. They returned at a later date to install the insulation which allowed us time to have other attic services completed. The crew was excellent. They were friendly and cleaned up work areas before leaving. We appreciated the professionalism of everyone at Attic Construction from Jim who did our initial inspection to the office staff and attic crews.

Best home improvement decision we've made. The crew removed all our old contaminated insulation from a previous rodent problem, sanitized everything, and installed new material. No more weird smells and our allergies have improved dramatically. Also they wore booties and left zero mess which we appreciated.

Neighbor recommended them after we complained about our energy bills. Got the attic inspection free and they showed us photos of what a mess it was up there. Scheduled us same week, crew was professional, and now the whole house just feels better. No more hot spots.

Home office was either freezing or boiling depending on the season. Got them out here to do an energy efficiency upgrade and they nailed it. Temperature stays consistent now which makes working from home actually comfortable. Also they finished way faster than estimated.

Super happy with the results. Upstairs was unbearable in summer - like walking into an oven. Got the attic insulation upgraded with better R-value and proper ventilation improvement. Night and day difference. Kids can actually play in their rooms now without melting. Took about 6 hours total.

Our electric bill was legitimately $380 in July and we couldn't figure out why. Attic Construction came out, showed us thermal imaging of where heat was pouring in, and did a complete attic restoration. Two months later we're at $220. The difference in comfort is wild too - bedrooms actually stay cool now. Worth every cent.
