Justin was super prompt in coming out to help troubleshoot an issue with my water heater. I appreciate the professionalism and the timeliness.

This company communicates great and works hard at being on time. You can't always know what is going to happen on a job, and it is easy to be delayed. I received text messages and phone calls before they arrived. I definitely recommend them for any size project you have.

When our water heater stopped working we scrambled to find a place that could help us right away. We called Emergency Master Plumbing & Air and we were connected with Zack who was able to come look at our water heater the next day. He called the maker of our water heater and got them to send a part next day air. When the part arrived, it was apparent that the part was faulty. This was unacceptable and Zack took it upon himself to call the company again and basically fight for the company to send a whole new burner unit. They did. We are happy to say we finally have hot water again. It took a little over a week to get everything up and running again but Zack was available the entire time when we needed updates. I highly recommend this company. Thanks again!

Austin and Heather did a great job! We had a leaking water heater on Sunday and out of 4 plumbers I called, this was the only company that answered the phone or had anyone available on Sunday, even though the other companies were listed as being available 24/7. They were prompt and were even able to repair a leaking faucet at the front of our house that connects to our landscaping, as well. I highly recommend this company!

After the third trip from a different plumber (thru our home warranty company) just to replace our garbage disposal and which resulted in no water to our water purifier or fridge, I called and talked to Heather. She was an absolute angel who went out of her way to come the same day. Within five minutes she assessed the problem (the safety valve was off...) and had it fixed. I've used this company several times and have always been very happy with their services, responsiveness, and pricing. Highly recommend!!!

Nate assisted us not only with removal & replacement of our water heater; but went above and beyond to work with the supplier to warrantee the existing unit that had failed. He could have easily just sold us a New Heater and charged SO MUCH MORE. Integrity is in short supply now a days.

All of this despite not having been the plumber to install the original heater.

Emergency Master Plumbing & Air are "Going Above and Beyond" what any other plumber would have done.

Nate came out and diagnosed both problems quickly. He explained and actually showed me the problems he detected. He gave me a couple of solutions/options for my kitchen sink leak and was NOT pushy. He went on to my outside hose bib issue and quickly fixed the problem. Now i can water my landscape without water spraying out from the connection! All in all a very satisfactory job. From the initial call to request service to the completed service it was 100% satisfactory! This company treats the customer right! I will be calling again soon for faucet replacement!

My ceiling started leaking profusely, after 5 on the 4th of July...but I called Emergency Master Plumbing and a technician was here within an hour, found and fixed the leak quickly. Great service, they came immediately (even on a holiday) and did a great job!

We can't say enough about Emergency Master Plumbing. They are our go to Plumbing Company.
We called them because the water valve broke on our guest bathroom toilet, we were able to turn off the main water to the house, and they dispatched a technician immediately when i explained the Situation. They fixed the issue, plus we had the technician replace all of the valves so we would not have any issues going forward. They provide excellent service and the technician that we had was exceptional and very knowledgeable. When you need a Plumber we suggest you give them a try you too will make them your go to Plumber.

My water softener system died and my water heater was 20 years old so I decided to get estimates to replace both. I ended up choosing Emergency Master Plumbing. Their estimate was competitive. I upgraded to a tankless water heater and added a filter to my new water softener system. They arrived on time and did a great job. They left the job site clean too!

Austin was great, he and his wife did an amazing job. The installation of our new tankless water heater is perfect, neat clean and very professionally done.

I was very stressed out about a leak under my sink when I called emergency master plumbing, they were immediately helpful and had someone come out literally within the hour or less. Austin came out and quickly helped fix my sink issue within 10-15 min of being here he encourage that I call back if any other issues occurred and was on his way. He was very nice and professional.

We accidentally broke the shut off knob to the water pipe junction and we had water going every place. my wife called them and they were there in under 10 minutes and they immediately replaced the shut off knob on that control and to be on the safe side we had him do the second bathroom while he was here since they were both the same age approximately 20 years old. I thought the prices were extremely reasonable seeing it was a Saturday afternoon and since we did both they even discounted. Hopefully in the fall we're going to replace our AC and water tank and you can bet they'll be the first people we call to come and give us a bid, plus they'll have this quick and positive response in their favor when it comes time for a final decision, these guys were great.

We had a problem with our toilet, the overflow tube broke. The toilet was running all day and night, wasting a lot of water. We called emergency Pluming and they came to our home right away. Our plumber Austin repaired our toilet right away. He replaced all the inside guts with all new parts, leaving us a brand new toilet. Emergency Plumbing was fast, professional and guaranteed their work.

I was installing a new angle stop valve for my toilet - not my first rodeo, I've done this several times with no mishaps. This time I had trouble removing the compression ring and nut. Anyway.... I damaged the copper pipe. 😥 I called Emergency Master Plumbing and they agreed to come the next morning! (A Sunday!) Nathan arrived right on time and fixed my mistake in no time. The price was REALLY right! I was expecting to pay much more for emergency weekend service. You know how sometimes you meet a person and just know right away they're a good soul? That's Nathan. The cherry on top for me? Nathan was so kind and didn't treat me like an idiot for screwing up what should have been a simple shut-off valve replacement. He even gave me props for trying it myself. 🥲 I wish there was something better than "highly" recommend because that's what he deserves. Nathan and Emergency Plumbing & Air will be my go to from now on.

Had a leak in upstairs tub. Emergency Master Plumbing was recommended by the restoration company. Our technician Justin was very professional and replaced the bad equipment that caused the leak. Even when there was an issue with original repair Justin was prompt in fixing it. I’d definitely ask for him for any future plumbing needs.

They got us an appointment just a couple hours after calling and the work was completed within an hour. This company is amazing and everybody is so friendly and helpful! Highly recommended!
