I can't thank them enough. We love using these guys. As a commercial gym, we tend to have a lot of plumbing problems and Oh No is here in a hurry every time! James does an excellent job and is a true professional!

From the moment we discovered issues, the sales and office staff at OH NO Plumbing and Air Conditioning promptly scheduled our upcoming service, making sure to be mindful of our schedules. They even initiated communication informing us each time they were headed to our home to perform service. OH NO Plumbing and Air Conditioning had the incredible job of removing an existing water softener system that was corroded and leaking as well as removing and installing two new A/C units in our home last week. I feel it is important to mention the fact that the temperature conditions outside were HOT, breaking heat records in the valley. The team was incredibly polite and courteous, attentive to our needs and answered every question we had. Mikie, Antonio, Levi, and Jacob worked not only, professionally but efficiently, all day, to get our units installed to make sure we had our A/C up and running for a comfortable night. They were back bright and early the next day to complete the final touches to our A/C install and then proceeded to reinsulate our attic, an incredible undertaking, especially with the temperatures in the 100s. Greg and Josh, with the plumbing team, reinstalled a water conditioning system as well as an R/O system after problem solving the leaking, corroded pipes. This team of highly motivated professionals with OH NO PLUMBING and Air Conditioning are top notch! We highly recommend this company for all of your plumbing and A/C needs! Greg came out to service our Tankless Water Heaters. He was very insightful & thorough. Made sure everything was working properly and went the extra mile to take care of us as customers. Was a great tech and would recommend him to anyone!

Michael was great! He was efficient in servicing our a/c and let us know things that we would need to replace in the future. He then explained in detail so we understood what was going on. He was not pushy and made us feel comfortable. Michael was very respectful and made sure to clean up any mess he made. I would recommend him as a technician to everyone.

Came out for a periodic HVAC check. Arrived promptly did the check. Given the advanced age of the unit recommended it be replaced even though it was working for now. The verbal estimate was very good! Now eagerly awaiting a written estimate that includes a couple of alternative models.

The technician was very helpful, knowledgeable and finish the work on time. I will be calling them the next time I need something.

Mikey came and figured out exactly what our problems were with our AC units and explained everything thoroughly. He resolved our issues in a very timely fashion! He was so professional and we would highly recommend using Oh No Plumbing and Air Conditioning!!

I called Friday with hot water issues. They squeezed me in with another appointment close to my address on Monday. I got a call when the plumber was about 20 minutes away giving me time to run home from work. They arrived at 8:30 am and completed by 10:15 with a complete remove and replace water heater!!! I highly recommend their professional service and team work .

Dakota did a check up on some recent work to improve my HVAC system and went above and beyond to make sure all is well.

I had a great experience with our technician! He was top class and didn’t try to pressure me into anything. He took his time and explained to my wife and me our options for our water heater issues. I am definitely going to use this company again, and recommend that you use them too!

Greg was outstanding. Very professional and installed a new hot water heater the day I called for service. He had a new water heater on his truck, so there was no waiting. Ya, this was expensive, but no more than any another quotes I received and I felt they were fair. For the price and great service, I would use them again, but I hope I never have too.

Glad to have come across the number for oh No Plumbing & AC when we found ourselves with a clogged drain for our washing machine. James was professional and knowledgeable and was able to clean the drain quickly. They also sent a camera into our sewer lines for preventative measures. Their pricing was fair and the service was great. Definitely saving and sharing their info.

This is a great company to work with. I was making an appointment for my water heater and needed to add a pipe leak. Jen Worked with me to get a plumber at my house as soon as she could!

Our technician today was great, he took the time to explain things, even educating us on other plumbing related things with our house. We were able to get an appointment quickly today and our technician communicated arrival time ect. With me. We will definitely use this company again in the future.
