Today I got a Distribution Box for a Septic Tank. I don't know of Anywhere else that has it. I believe me, I Looked!!!

I came here to buy a riser for my septic tank. The staff was very nice and informative. They gave me multiple solutions and didn't try to over sell me! Would do business again!!!

I haven't written many company reviews, but I am compelled to let the world know that I have had 2 great experiences in a row working with Sedona West Pipe - They are organized and professional, and when I call to ask about odd PVC fittings, they are able to understand what I need to accomplish, and make accurate recommendations. Furthermore, when they check stock in their system over the phone, they actually (physically) verify the stock on the shelf in the warehouse at the same moment, so that I don't waste time driving down for pick-ups on product that isn't actually there.

Their yard is the pinnacle of cleanliness and organization.

A rare find and definitely a prime resource for us now.

Outstanding place for septic supplies and parts!

Sedona West is by far the friendliest and most knowledgeable place to find plumbing supplies. I was amazed at their selection and everything I needed was in stock. They didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need or want. It is a much nicer place to do business with than the big plumbing retailers. (Which those big retailers do not have everything in stock like Sedona West does) They took time to make sure I understood and that I purchased what I needed to get the job done!!!!

I had to scramble for large PVC pipe, 10 inch. In today's world where no one has stock, I called every irrigation and pipe supply from Flagstaff to Phoenix. They had both the pipe and repair couplers in stock. Drove 2 hours to get there, and the pipe was there and ready. When I was inside paying, one of their guys loaded it in my truck for me. People were nice, had stock, and the prices were good. Now I am a regular customer.

I realize a lot of folks think highly of Sedona West for pipe supplies and maybe they're fine for stocked items. But I placed a time sensitive special order (handled by Ross the owner), only to discover he never acted on it. Here's the story: on the bid he said 5-days delivery, when I placed the order he said 10 days worst-case. Ten days later I called with a 'where's my pipe?' Ross said he hadn't placed the order cause he was waiting to gather more orders to meet the distributor's minimum. WHAT? "How come you didn't phone me Ross? You knew this was a time-sensitive order. "Sorry" is all he said. Really? Sheesh! I had to scramble to get the pipe elsewhere, but the damage was done! So, as a contractor I understand bad luck happening, but this wasn't Murphy striking... this was a disposition... plain and simple. My advise... be real careful when dealing with this company... there's something wrong here.
