Awesome Company ! Had to call these guys to help with a clogged tub ! They asked what time worked for me ! Awesome ! They came out that same day ! Got the job done ! Very professional and polite ! Veterans Plumbing is reliable ! Honest ! Frank was very polite and explained to me what he did and that all cost was covered by home warranty! I will only use Vertrans Plumbing in the future !

The technician, Frank was very reliable, honest and such a diligent and fast worker. It only took him a maximum of 15 minutes to finish the job. Add to that I found out that the last technician from another company who worked on my disposer cheated on me by replacing it with a small disposer that is not meant to be used for a home. So he upgraded my unit that quick and replaced it. If I can give more than 5 starts to this technician I would. Kudos to Veterans Plumbing for having Frank as one of their technician. More power to this company!

Sorry this review is a little late. Thank you Jose for all your help. I had just bought a new house/condo this spring when one month in, my upstairs shower started raining into my pantry. I called my home warranty and not one company could come out same day, but they gave me the number of Veteran's plumbing and I called and spoke with a very understanding person and she took pity on my and got me an appointment that day. The technician was awesome. Not only was Jose on time, he was professional and explained everything and even helped me understand plumbing a little better. We had a hard time getting the plumbing to repeat the problem, even with trouble shooting. It started happening again 10 minutes after he left (of course) and I was able to call him and he came right back and caught it and was able to diagnose the problem immediately. After all the reconstruction, asbestos abatement, etc Jose was able to come back out immediately to fix the shower so I could move back in. Will be using this company again because they actually care about their clients.

Our hot water heater went out suddenly and our home warranty company sent out Veteran's Plumbing. I am very happy with the results. The service was quick, competent, and friendly. I definitely recommend using this company.

We had a plumbing leak in our wall and we were connected with Veteran's through our home warranty. We will absolutely use Veteran's again in the future if we need anything done. They were professional, fast, and did an excellent job. I highly recommend them! They also offer military and LEO discounts!

Veteran's Plumbing worked with my home warranty company to replace my hot water heater. The service representative was timely, polite and professional. They told me what they were going to do and when and they kept there work. Great job!

Just want to give Frank a huge shout out for helping us recently. We were added to his schedule last minute and I'm sure he was exhausted from a full day of jobs but still made it to our house with a smile! He was so helpful and got us back on track. I called my Home Warranty Company and was referred to Veterans Plumbing. Frank came over and took care of everything with the warranty company. He returned and changed out the toilet in absolutely no time. There was no mess, he was very efficient and courteous. I do recommend him to anyone.

Called my home warranty because there was a leak in my water heater. They sent my request out and Vetern called me in less than an hour to schedule a same day appointment which I was very pleased about. There was some confusion about the quoted time window for their arrival but that was cleared up by my warranty company. The gentlemen that arrived were friendly and went straight to fixing the issue and replacing my tank. Had to pay for code upgrades because warranty didn't cover but previous plumbing company had warned that would happen due to age of unit (+15 years). New unit looks great, and I am very satisfied with job done.

I scheduled an appointment with Veterans on a Thursday afternoon and received an appointment time between 11-3 the next day. Frank called me the next day at 10:15 to say he was headed my way. I had an irrigation pipe burst on the side of my house and had to turn off all water to the house. He was able to fix it timely and efficiently in the same visit. I would not hesitate to call Veterans again. I was a little hesitant after reading all the bad reviews but they were referred by my Sears Home Warranty. I would use them again. Frank was friendly, timely and professional. He had the problem fixed and I had water again. Thank you Frank and thank you Veterans Plumbing!

I had Jose and Frank come out to work on my plumbing. Smart guys they found a leak behind the wall and fix it. Plus a few other things I’ve got to say they’re hard-working and they did an awesome job. I greatly appreciate the two of them. And I will use Veterans Plumbing And Drain again

If you ever call them, ask for the technician Frank. Not only is very nice but he is very good on keeping you updated with EVERYTHING. Great job on a claim I had with Fidelity home warranty! Easy scheduling, came on time, and fixed both garbage disposal and installed new facet. Took couple of calls to be able to reach them, but were very polit and efficient. Jose was my technician. Called 30 min before arrival and commutated well. Highly recommend.

I called Veteran’s Plumbing and Drain, LLC in the morning for copper pipes fittings change to help my husband with replacing our water heater. The receptionist took my information in a courteous and professional manner. The technician, Jose, arrived at the specified time and immediately started the work at hand. He was almost finished with the job when I asked how much he would charge us to finish the semi-difficult job of connecting the new water heater, and he gave us an offer we could not refuse. He finished connecting the new water heater very fast in about 25 minutes, I know that would have taken my husband 2 to 3 hours to complete. We highly recommend Veteran’s Plumbing and Drain, LLC, thanks Jose.

A few days ago I had a pipe that was leaking in the attic and water was running down the wall. American Water Resources set me up with the company Veteran's Plumbing & Drain LLC and I couldn't be more happy with how everything went! Within 24 hours they sent out Jose who was on time, friendly, and very professional who got the job done fast and efficiently! It is beyond me how they only have 2.9 stars!!!!! They came out yesterday and assessed the leak we have and Jose told me he would be out today with another guy to fix the leak and dig up 10 feet, 10 FEET OF UNDERGROUND PIPING!! Sure enough right at 7 am they were here and starting working right away! It is 11 am right now and they are done!!!!! I couldn't Believe it no problems no pop up surprises or anything just got here and got the job done!!! And done right to!!! I'm so so so happy and proud of them! Thank you Jose and the other guy you don't even know how much I appreciate you guys!! Can't say enough GOOD things about them! Seriously they are top notch!!!!!! Thanks guys God bless you both! Great great great service and great work!!! I do recommend them highly!! And also be prepared to give them cold water not that they ask for it but they don't stop! They work until it's done!! So I had frozen water luckily to give them once again thank you both so so so much!!!!

Home warranty company sent them to fix a couple of plumbing problems at my house. Most of the work wasn’t covered by the lousy Home Warranty company, (which they failed to advise me of in advance). Needless to say, I was upset and irritated. The plumbing technician, Frank, was patient and he figured out how to the job at a reasonable cost. He was upbeat, polite and did excellent work. I do not recommend Fidelity, but I do highly recommend Veterans Plumbing and Drain.

They were sent out by my home warranty company and this was my first issue since owning my home, which made me a little leery at first. They came out on a Saturday night to help diagnose the problem and then came back out Sunday to start the fix. They had to replace my cracked main line and install a main level clean out, which my house did not already have. Since my house is older it was not cooperating and the tubs would still not drain completely, but Jose did not give up! He came back out Sunday night but still did not have any luck. Jose and his supervisor Frank came back out Monday morning and were able to clear the last of clog and explained everything to me in detail. I will be using Veteran's Plumbing for any future plumbing needs I may have!

We had a great experience with Veterans plumbing and drain LLC. We contacted fidelity and got scheduled right away to get our sink fixed. Jose was very honest and had great communication. He also went above and beyond and helped us get it all fixed. Thank you and we recommend them!

Do not judge a book by it's cover!! Fantastic company!! Veterans did an amazing job at my house!! Frank showed and was a complete professional from the time I opened my door. He examined the problem and got the jod done in a prompt, timely matter. He went above and beyond in making sure the job was fixed and all my needs were taking care of.
