Stonecreek Roofing was great to work with. Kinsey was friendly, knowledgeable, and did not pressure me to sign anything. The work was scheduled a couple weeks out and took 2 days to complete. I love my new roof!

Clarissa and the team were professional, pleasant and very easy to work with. They were overly responsive.

They even lined up one of their contractors, Jamies, when we meed additional work.

The work was done very neat and clean. The crew did the cleaning while working. The whole teams has a very good flow and did the job very systematically. The communications are very smooth. Josh, Laura, Clarissa, Sarah and the team was very helpful. And everything was done as promised and on schedule.

Stonecreek Roofing is a reputable company that will strive to make things right for their customers. Back in July 2022 my wife and I decided to have our roof redone due to a ceiling leak in one our bedrooms after a storm. The customer service from Stonecreek was excellent as well as the response time. Unfortunately, the leak seemed to come back every year up until recently in June 2024. Admittedly, I was frustrated with the situation due to the recurring leak. However, the wonder folks at Stonecreek responded as quickly as they could. Sarah was amazing, and she quickly scheduled her team to inspect my roof and perform the necessary repairs. Sarah kept me updated every step of the way. The source of the roof leak was found by the foreman and taken care of once and for all. My wife and I are grateful for the incredible diligence and professionalism shown by the entire Stonecreek Roofing team.

I also want to give a special thanks to Jamie and Adi for returning to my home after the roof was repaired to fixed the hole in my bedroom ceiling caused by the leak. The work looks great, and my bedroom feels whole again! Thank you so much!

They make the whole process so easy and smooth! I hardly had to do anything, they did most of the coordinating with my homeowners insurance and did the entire install while I was out of town. Everyone was prompt and professional and easy to work with from start to finish. Thank you!

Harrison was a real joy to work with. He was great in letting me know what he was doing. He took many pictures to show what was happening in our attic area and explain why it was happening. Pictures of the exterior tile area and explain what was happening on the roof. His approach to talking to me about our roof condition was straight forward and he presented 3 great recommendations. They did a complete tear off and replaced my roof in two days. They left the job site spotless. What I really appreciated is that he kept the lines of communication open throughout the entire roofing process.

He is very professional, courteous and patient. During my consultation with Joe, he asked if I wanted the drywall repaired in my bathroom (I had water damage due to the leak in my roof). I was not aware they provided this service as well, so I was really happy to hear they could help with this too. This speaks to the level of service Joe provides to his clients...truly impeccable.

My new roof looks AMAZING! I am extremely pleased and happy with the results. The day after my roof was completed a neighbor stopped by and said, "Your new roof looks fantastic!" Then asked, "Who did the work on your roof?"

From the inspection, contract, install to the post job communication we could not have asked for a better more confident experience. If you need help with your roof this is the team you want to have! Honest, professional, straightforward contract with a fair price. I was even able to pay with Zelle which made things so much easier.

I've worked with Stonecreek Roofing on 2 roofs - a repair on my roof and a full roof replacement on my daughter's house. I had great experiences both times. Stonecreek has legacy customer service and integrity which is a rare find in modern contract hires. I highly recommend their service after they took extra time with our specific case that involved conflicting information from our solar provider on the costs association with panel removal/re-installation. Beautiful job! Workers came and worked hard for 2 days and left our area nice and clean. Staff worked great with communication and handled all the paperwork with ins company. Easiest job we've had.

We just had our roof completed by Stonecreek Roofing. It looks great and they were great to work with.
We had a few hiccups as jobs of this size do at times. However, they made it right and was fair on resolution.
