Wednesday morning, 8:00am, knock at the door…..it’s the Freedom Forever crew known as “The Royals”. Tony was the one who explained everything to me that was going to be happening that morning! Now these guys all were young, and I must say that I wasn’t sure what to expect from them, however…… It was pretty chilly that morning, so I made them some coffee! I left it out for them in a couple of thermos’. I came out later to see if they needed anything and noticed that only one coffee cup had been used! I say this with regards to my observation, I thought that they just didn’t like my coffee!

I realized later that it wasn’t my coffee, but rather something else that hopefully others who read this can appreciate for what it is. None drank my coffee because they DIDN’T take a break! Only one guy took a sip, and went right back to work!

This crew, “The Royals” led by Tony, demonstrated an incredibly fantastic work ethic for the company that they represent! I was thoroughly impressed with not only their dedication to doing a professional job, but with their attitude and customer service! The final job looked so beautiful and not at all sloppily done! Flavio and his Yankees did a great job on my install, they were very professional and knowledgeable of everything that was going on. They walked me through everything before, during, and after the install to make sure everything was to my liking. 10 out of 10 recommend the Yankees to do your install.

The Yankees Team was super professional and respectful. I was VERY impressed to see such a professional group of young men!!! I felt they went above and beyond, for sure ♥️ They walked me through what would be happening. I loved that they taped off around the outside of my home for safety AND that the guys on the roof were harnessed in!!!

I had my system installed by the A’s crew they were very professional and communicative. They explained the whole process of the install before starting and once again after they were done. I was also explained what steps were needed after the install. Overall great experience with the crew Freedom sent. The A’s did a great clean, and fast job!!!

I worked with Freedom Forever on a relatively complicated 18kw system that I fully expected would take a significant amount of time for many reasons. The truth is that any "upgraded" or large installation that involves batteries and ground mounted panels is going to take lots of time. Also, my property is very heavily treed so creativity in design was a must. While there were some stages of the build that were delayed due to Freedom Forever being very busy, most of the delays were due to back ordered Tesla components and necessary re-designs based on "on the ground" challenges that came up as well as a very significant utility infrastructure problem. In the end, however, I have to say that nearly everyone I worked with at Freedom Forever was very professional and competent. In fact, there were two or three people on the team that I would say are actually pretty impressive in terms of going above and beyond to fix challenges and problems. My project ended up many months delayed for the reasons I listed above, but TRUE TO THEIR WORD, they compensated me 100% for the delays. In other words, they made ALL of my monthly solar loan payments until the system was working. One Freedom Forever employee assigned to fixing issues post installation (his name is Casey) literally came to my property and camped out all day long monitoring and investigating a problem I had with my inverters turning off. Turns out he was able to identify the problem as voltage overload from my utility. I had to have my utility fix the problem, which was a little complicated, but once it was fixed I had a fully functional system that is exceeding my expectations in terms of production and storage. I think people find it easier to bash companies on these review sites, but in the end what matters most is not the problems that come up, but the reaction to the problems. We had lots of challenges, but the company never abandoned me and delivered a monster system that looks pretty damn amazing too if I do say so myself. Thanks to everyone at Freedom Forever for going above and beyond.

I’m a new homeowner and I had no idea what solar was or what it did I knew people got it but never really looked into it. Deion came to my door and sat down with me and my husband and explained how the program worked. 3 months later I had my panels installed and the install crew “Blue Jays” did a wonderful job. He also got his company to send us a rebate check for 1,000 dollars. I’m very happy with my decision to go solar. Go with Deion he’s awesome.

This review is specifically for the job the install crew did for my solar project. Geo and his team were fantastic to work with. They were very friendly, professional and detail oriented. We had a large system installed with batteries which looks amazing! They did a great job cleaning up and showing me how it all works. Thanks Geo and team!

After looking at multiple proposals. I chose Freedom Forever to do my install. I felt a lot more comfortable with an international installer rather than a local one. We had our system installed end of December and it was turned on 2 weeks later. We're enjoying the benefits of solar now and are very happy. A special thank you to my reps - Aldrin and Ethan as they have been very communicative throughout the entire process and I highly recommend Freedom.

Crew Royals completed my solar system install yesterday and I must say it is refreshing to see a group of 5 young gentlemen work together in such harmony. While very respectful to me and my property they walked me through some concerns I had about the install. After completing the install they did a thorough clean up and even paint the electrical conduit with the exterior paint that I had leftover. Super group of guys and I will be recommending to future prospects in our neighborhood.

Steve and his crew (the Astros) did an exceptional job installing our solar system. They are knowledgeable. They are courteous and friendly. Lastly they did a neat installation very efficiently. I recommend them highly and without reservation. If you value honest and professional labor this team delivers.

Freedom Forever: My sales representative Bruce Wayne was so thorough on my first installation I had him come out and evaluate my rental property. Needless to say his diligence, patience and understanding sold me on installing a system on that property. Freedom Forever once again performed flawlessly. As a matter of fact they suggested and implemented a design change that eliminated a serious problem that could have occurred in the near future.

I'm so pleased we went with Freedom Forever! Our Rep, Tara B made us feel so comfortable, not pushy at all. We really felt like she had our best interest at heart, saving us a lot of money!
