The sales rep I worked with was really knowledgeable and honest. Service was fast and I was kept in the loop. All in all a good experience!

Ramon's crew was out to my house in Chandler yesterday to install our Enphase solar and did a great job! They were on time, knowledgeable, and efficient. They wasted no motion, and made no mistakes. I cannot say enough good things about them. Give those guys a raise!

I have contacted them several times asking for assistance due to my high SRP bills. I am still waiting after 2 months for a call back. They were quick to respond before install, but refuse to respond after they got paid. I'm not sure if I have an equipment issue or what the problem is. I totally regret picking them over their competition. If there is an equipment issue or breakdown, I would not know as they ignore my emails and CALLS.

Turns out Southewest Electric only installs and services the solar equipment. True Energy (Quantum) dropped the ball.

Luis Villa is very professional full of knowledge, answered all my questions, very patient person. He made sure I understood everything. The team that come to install the system very proficient, curious, and they cleaned after themselves. I recommend going with SouthWest Electric.

This company provides excellent customer service - there was an unfortunate miscommunication between myself and a different company regarding the installation of solar panels at my property, but Southwest Electric was happy to work with me to fix the issues and to explain the process and answer any/all questions that I had. I’m happy to say Zach is very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable! I would highly recommend this company for any solar contracting work you need done.

From the sales rep to the installers to the customer service contact to the owners of the company, Southwest Electric/ Ultra Energy has made every single step of this process as painless as possible for me. As someone who doesn’t know much about solar but was simply looking to reduce my electric costs, they each took the time to explain to me in terms I understand how everything would work, what kind of timeline to expect, and what kinds of changes I’d see in my power expenses moving forward. The installers were professional and courteous while they were on my property, the follow up and attentiveness to any questions I had before, during, and after from the project managers and customer service staff was prompt, and the entire experience was just all around pleasant. I will be recommending Southwest/Ultra to all of my friends and family.
