I cannot say enough good things about Shane with Rock Solid Appliance Repair. Our Samsung washing machine went out and I started searching for appliance repair companies. We called Prime appliance services and they sent out a 20 year old kid that spent 5 minutes looking at our washer to tell us it was a $900 fix and we shouldn’t bother. And then proceeded to charge us a $90 diagnostic fee. I called Shane with Rock solid and he came out that same day and told us he needed to do some trouble shooting. After ordering parts he had our washing machine fixed in no time! He was honest about the diagnostic, he had great communication and made us feel comfortable having him in our home. THANK YOU Shane. You are a life saver and I will absolutely call you in the future!

I called Shane at 3:30 pm in the afternoon and he went out of his way to be at my house in 20 minutes to repair my microwave. He is extremely professional and thorough. I would recommend Shane to anyone needing appliance repair on the Easy Valley and especially Queen Creek!

Refrigerator was not cooling. Google searched for appliance repair. Was only a level to talk to a couple people. I liked and felt the best talking to Shane. He was great. Knowledgeable. Works on Bosch and any brand of appliance. Was easy to communicate with. We sent a picture of what was broken. He ordered the part and came out and fixed it! Highly recommend.

Left message Shane called back next morning and came out within a few hours! Was very easy to talk to and knowledgeable! Did not try to over sell on anything and is very transparent! Would totally recommend. Very reasonable and diagnostic free is almost half of the big companies! If you have to leave a message he will call you back and get you on his schedule QUICKLY! 10/10 recommend!

Shane has fixed numerous appliances for me; refrigerator, ice maker, laundry machines, etc. Shane is incredibly knowledgeable, and therefore, he is precise with how he fixes things. Shane was prompt with setting up an appointment and was able to diagnose the issue very quickly. It ended up being the fan the circulates air from the freezer to the fridge. We are back to normal for 2 weeks now. Fridge is cold and ice make is once again making ice. I am confident in my abilities for minor repairs, with that being said I know when it’s time to call a pro. Shane is a pro. We are keeping his business card handy.
