This crew was working in Vegas and have to give a big shout out to Jed and the ladies in the office. Without Jed standing up for us we may have been without ac for another week. They understood our frustration and wanted the situation resolved as quickly as we did. They were able to keep us informed when our own maintenance team couldn’t give us updates. The crew showed up after having done another install around 5pm and completed the install around 10pm. Everyone was very professional and understanding considering our situation. Highly recommend this company!
