I've been using Michael as my go to HVAC person for a few years now. We have multiple rental units in Scottsdale. I like the way Michael methodically evaluates the problem. He makes no assumptions. He has a trusted and true process by which he analyses the whole system, and from my experience working with him, he's been correct in his diagnosis every time. You can't say that about many AC contractors that are out there. I trust Michael's judgment because there were times he could have taken advantage of me and didn't. I also appreciate that he doesn't try to upsell me on a new AC unit when one isn't necessary. I'm certain I've saved money using Michael, because he's certain about what he is doing. You can have confidence when hiring Michael that the job will get done right the first time.

Mr. Paganelli has serviced the air conditioning units at my home as well as my businesses for several years. He is timely, clean, professional, and competitively priced, without overselling. Great company to work with!

Fantastic work, I had an issue with the ac on my rv and was able to order a new set from Michael and have it delivered and installed within 2 days!

Had Paganelli HVAC come check our unit because I heard a noise and just wanted to make sure it’s still running good. He came and did a thorough check of inside and outside, didn’t take long at all and let me know that everything is running great but it’s getting close to an age that they usually die out. Gave me a great price for the future for when it does. Now I have time to save up for it and actually prepare.

I had such an amazing experience when they came to my home to fix my air conditioner. It had broke down in middle of summer this year and it was miserable. They were so kind and worked diligently to get me up and running again. I cannot thank them enough.

Called Paganelli HVAC at 9pm on a Friday night when my unit stopped cooling. The owner Michael answered my call on the 2nd ring and was able to get out same night. Unfortunately my compressor had shorted to ground on my 29 year old R22 system. He offered the option to replace the compressor but I decided to replace the whole system due to the age. He gave me options from affordable to high end efficiency. I decided to go with the 20 SEER2 Bosch system and I was placed on the schedule for the next day. Installation was a wonderful experience, his crew laid ram board down across my freshly replaced hardwood floors and set tarps on top of that. All trash was hauled off, and the unit was installed very cleanly. My old unit used to wake me up when turning on in the middle of the night. Long gone are those days with my new unit. I have noticed huge decreases in my power bill and the unit is almost impossible to hear running. 5 stars hands down! Wouldn’t recommend anyone else

After not trusting our home builder and their subcontractors, we wanted to ensure our HVAC system was functioning correctly and that it was installed properly. Michael came out and performed a thorough inspection of our system, made some minor adjustments, and helped get our system to perform properly like it was supposed to! Definitely will use again in the future for any HVAC needs!

Mike was very thorough and checked out everything before letting me know what was needed. He even showed me the different temps of each room, which was cool to see.

When it was time work, Mike keep us updated with his progress and made sure we were satisfied before leaving. We were very satisfied with the completed project.

Had a great experience this time around. I’ve had a few different companies come out and check my system but they all felt uncomfortable and made me feel like they were selling things instead. As soon as Michael came out he got right to work and within about 20 to 30 minutes he let me know I didn’t need anything to replace or even add on like these other guys were saying. I’ll definitely have him come back for a tune up next year. Thank you Paganelli HVAC you truly helped us in this troubling time.

Quick and helpful service Our AC was leaking and he made the extra time in the day to come and fix the issue same day. Also took the time to explain the repair to me which I greatly appreciated. I know that I will be calling Paganelli HVAC for any future services needed and referring to everyone I know.

Michael came out the same day we called. Got our system running. Fixed our return in the house the following day and made an emergency stop over tonight because it was doing something else. Can't believe how awesome the experience was. Definitely recommend for any AC needs. He's our new AC guy for sure!

Michael was professional, honest, and very knowledgeable. He arrived on time, diagnosed the issue quickly, and explained everything clearly. The work was completed efficiently, pricing was fair with no surprises, and our AC is running perfectly. It’s hard to find reliable HVAC companies, but Paganelli HVAC is one you can trust. I would absolutely use them again and recommend them to anyone needing AC service.

Highly highly recommend using Michael and his team. Coming from another small business owner we are always looking for other small businesses to support that deliver the same quality work and reasonable pricing. Our AC went out and he showed up the next day found the issue with our AC unit and offered a reasonable and ethical solution. My AC unit hasn’t worked this good since I bought the house!
