I actually chose Polar because they didn’t have a ton of reviews. I wanted a small company and to not be pressured into maintenance contracts, etc. If that’s what you’re looking for too, you’ve found the right place! Cameron was super awesome to work with. Great low pricing, he came the same day and the house was cooled off in just a few hours. I asked him to come back later in the week to do regular maintenance and to clean out our dryer vents. Again, awesome service and great prices. Call him!

It’s rare that you call a business now and the owner actually answers. That type of owner will always get my business. Cameron was able to answer all of my questions and help me with things other companies couldn’t do without calling their boss. He also went out of his way to find a part I needed, and spent extra time figuring out how to get my warranty company to fulfill their obligation. The best part is that he was way less than the tech from one of the “big” companies who told me that his boss was “always on vacation.” I’m so thankful I found Cameron.
