Amazing company that we’ve had great experience with in the past as well. They always do a great job and today was no exception. They are willing to help in a crisis too, with incredibly reasonable prices.

We were pleasantly surprised that they arrived on time, and ready to go to work.

We first reviewed every step of the job prior to my finial go ahead. They showed me where they were going to drill into the wall, the placement of the faucet, the tie into the waterline, and when the water would be temporarily shut off. Dan gave me peace of mind with their professionalism, experience and transparency before they began the job.

The job went smoothly and efficiently, no surprises, no additional add ons, and they did not break a single tile of my backsplash.

He rescued us on a Saturday morning when our hot water heater died. He dropped everything, picked up the appliance at Home Depot, brought it to us, installed it and hauled away the old one. He provided all the installation pieces and parts we needed. He took the time to talk to us and answer all our questions. His price was fair, his workmanship was quality. We had a water leak from our master bedroom ensuite. Dan and his crew were very fast at responding. The problem was traced to water lines in our bathtub. Dan quickly sourced out the required parts.

Daniel came by same day to fix a small leak due to user error in our sink plumbing from new counter top installation. Quick, easy, knowledgeable, reliable and reasonably priced! Would recommend them to everyone who has plumbing needs. Will definitely be using them again if we have more issues.
