Garrett put a new unit on my house. He recommended an American Standard unit which is the parent company of Trane. He put the air handler in the garage. The unit is more efficient and quieter than the Trane unit we replaced. He is a perfectionist and a very honest person. I highly recommend My Guy cooling and heating.

Garrett was very professional and efficient in discovering the problem with our AC unit. Garrett was willing to come out on a Sunday to get our AC back running. We will not hesitate to call him in the future for any AC needs.

Garrett of My Guy came out to my house in the late evening and had us up and cooling that night within an hour of calling them. He then inspected the rest of our AC unit to ensure everything else was working properly. We enrolled in a maintenance program! Thank you once more for looking after us!

Garrett was fantastic. A day full
of worrying if my AC will be fixed on a Saturday in the heat of the summer. He was quick, prompt and efficient. My dogs and I can now chill in cool air while watching sports. That’s “MY GUY” lol

I was connected with My Guy Cooling & Heating through my home warranty company. They did an excellent job working with the home warranty company to provide all the information needed for my issue. The unit that was broken is located in the attic so the technician took pictures and video to show me the problem. They communicated well as it related to the parts needed and how long it would take. They arrived within the time window they provided. When I called with a question they were quick and responsive with an answer. Ultimately and most importantly my AC is working again! We appreciate how My Guy Heating & Cooling helped with this process.

Garrett is a genius! My heater/furnace was out last winter. The tech from another company back then said it was installed backwards and he'd have to take out a wall to work on it. Bought a space heater instead. Garrett actually put in the effort to do something and found the issue, fixing it quickly. He also went above and beyond and replaced my thermostat. Everything works and my new thermostat is easier to use!

After 5 days of appointments made with 3 other companies not showing up, I contacted MY GUY COOLING & HEATING.

I was having issues with my new a/c unit that had recently been installed. It wasn’t cooling my house during the summer or heating my house during the winter after only a little over a year of use. The company that installed the a/c units would charge me a service fee and then tell me everything was working correctly.

Garrett with My Guy Colling & Heating came out and was able to solve the issue.

My coolant levels to my a/c units were not properly charged. There was also a coolant leak that was in the upstairs unit. The other technician that came out completely missed this.

Garrett was also able to fix other issues that were caused during the install as well.

I highly recommend this company.

Very impressed by the level of service and attention to detail from Garrett and his team. They weren’t just looking to bandaid my air handling and condenser issues, but they were intent on exploring the root cause. They also were able to point out shoddy work from previous AC companies and went the extra mile to button those things up.

My AC unit stopped blowing cold air and my house was beginning to feel like an oven. Garrett came out quickly and was able to fix it right on the spot even though it was late in the afternoon. He was absolutely wonderful, and took the time to listen to all of my concerns. (He was also extremely kind and patient with my yapping dog and overly excited and nosy kiddo) I would HIGHLY recommend him for your heating and cooling needs. If anything comes up again, he’ll be my first call.
