Update 7-6-2023: I used Proficient Mechanical on another property and again, Anthony exceeded me expectations by servicing the AC unit (replacing Blower motor and capacitor) at 10:00 p.m.... That type of work ethic is hard to find these days.

My A/C went out on Fourth of July of all days, Anthony came within 20 minutes of calling him. He very quickly fixed my A/C within 20 minutes. Professional and was respectful of property. Would recommend him to anyone in the valley.

I inquired about having my AC unit relocated from my backyard to my side-yard and I am so glad I did! If you have a home warranty and have AC issues- CANCEL IT! We had enough of the bandaids and headache and we found Anthony. He came out (within 24 hours) and explained to us perfectly what is wrong with the units and what we needed to make it survive. Long story short we ended up getting two new units. Anthony is the service professional you wish you had in every (auto, appliance, handyman etc.) industry. He was very reasonable, showed up early and communicated very well. I had a few questions about what he did (as I am a pretty good diy’er) and he answered very thoroughly and explained in a way that I could understand. My ac wasn’t keeping up and he made some extra little adjustments that easily could’ve been another line on the invoice but didn’t. He’ll be my HVAC guy as long as I’m in the east valley! I hope he can train some guys as good as him because his company and reputation will continue to grow.

Anthony came out to fix our air conditioner when it stopped working this weekend! He let us know what was wrong that needed to be fixed that day but also let us know that we needed to look at getting a few things fixed in the near future just for our information. He did not try to convince and pressure my husband of it needing to be done that day like so many other technicians do.
