Stephan was very helpful, knowledgeable and prompt. He diagnosed the problem with my AC unit quickly and professionally and then proceeded with the necessary repair. I will recommend him and his company for anyone that has an AC issue. Please give him a call…you will be pleasantly surprised. This is one of the good guys 👍👍👍😊😊.

Emergencies never happen at convenient times! Sure enough in the early morning hours of Sunday, our air conditioning quit; a quick email asking for help was answered with a call a few minutes later. 45 minutes Stefan was at the door, two hours later we are cool again. Love local companies that live in and care about the community; they also give and participate in town events. Thank you for the amazing service!!

We had to call someone out last week due to our HVAC unit not working. My husband was referred to Stefan, he called and within 15 minutes he was at my front door and assisting with getting the issue fixed after 5pm. We are so grateful and definitely recommend for your HVAC needs. He was not pushy or trying to sell us a new unit. Informed us of our options and was super kind about it. I had a few issues with my AC on amd off over the past two years in which the home warranty company sent out different providers. Poor work from the first two visits, and a bad vibe from one guy, so when I finally got fed up with how loud it was, I decided to skip the home warranty providers and see what others thought by posting a video on a community social media group.

Stefan responded to my post sharing his opinion so I scheduled an appointment with him. Stefan responded quickly to my service request. He was on time and within minutes he identified the issue, which is what he originally thought. He showed me the issue, which was easy to see and understand the cause/effect. He gave me several options for fixing it. I did not feel pressured in any way and only felt good, honest vibes.

I will definitely use Stefan again for future AC/heating issues.

Are AC went out last night and you guys were given highly as a reference. Stefan came out promptly and got us up and going again. Very professional, very polite and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them! Will be calling them again if we have any other problems.

I can't say enough about Stefan. He talked me through setting the thermostat, and swiftly, and I mean swiftly... repaired the outside unit. Even offered a payment plan. Quam Comfort REALLY exceeded my expectations, and I cant thank him enough.

My AC went out on 8-2-2025, the blower motor died. I posted on Go Gilbert for a reputable AC company. Stefan from Quam messaged me right away and said he was in my neighborhood. He came out 30 min later. He didn't have the motor that fit my unit. However, he configured one to work until the warranty replacement came in. Had that not worked, he would have loaned us portable AC units until it came in. The temporary motor worked and then the replacement motor came in a week later. I could not imagine a better outcome with any other company. Summer without AC in AZ is like summer without oxygen. Quam is my go to company from now on.

We received above and beyond service from Stefan with Quam. We have used Quam for A/C maintenance as well as an emergency water heater replacement. Stefan is honest and it is comforting to know we have someone we can trust.

The technician arrived in the 2 hour window (12-2) and even called to say they would be closer to 2pm. He communicated everything he was doing and showed pictures. Didn't upset me. Honest and fair price. Will use again.

They returned my call promptly and immediately went to my house and repaired my problem. All this happened when I was 1400 miles away and Stefan kept me informed during the entire process. I had an amazing experience with Quam! They were able to give me helpful information before even coming out and then made it to our house soon after contacting them! Stefan came and diagnosed our problem and fixed it super quickly! He came back the next day to run another test with my unit running properly to ensure all issues were taken care of! Couldn’t recommend them more!!

My first contact with Quam Comfort was with Cassandra. She was very pleasant, friendly , and easy to communicate with. She setup an appointment to meet with Stephan that day and review my air conditioning issues.
We decided to replace the the system and Stephan was at our house the very next day to install the new equipment.
