Manny replace my AC unit in a timely manner he was also very prompt and getting back to me when I called and keept me in the loop about anything that was being done !(((update after my AC was fixed I stared to notice that each time we had heavy rain my light fixture would leak witch is right under the AC unite but since we don’t have much rain I kinda didn’t bother too much well now I notice water damage in my daughters roof and finally contacted a roofer who told me not enough seal was put around it he took pictures is on bath sides of the AC unite one side is right on top of the light and another right on top of my daughters room )))

Wonderful company to wok with! I had 2 emergency services for 2 tenants without AC, they shifted schedules around to assist the same day! Very communicative staff and the techs showed up on time and got the AC's working in no time. I would definitely recommend them and look forward to working with this company in the future!

I really like this place they took care of my ac system problem. They guy was nice that came out and new right what was wrong with it . Now it's working great . And also thanks to Jen for getting me in someone over here as soon as she could . Because it's been hot . I was very satisfied with this company. Manning is an amazing human being he spent an hour on the phone with us diagnosing a problem and getting it fixed. I have never in my life had that kind of customer service. Believe me I do not normally leave reviews but this man went above and beyond what someone normally would do. I will be sending everyone I know to him and will definitely be my first call if there is ever another issue. Again can't say enough about the customer service we recieved it was AMAZING!!!!!

A/C stopped working. Put in repair request with my home warranty company. Red Zone called me, on a Sunday, to notify me of a cancellation the next day and offered me the time slot. Repairman was polite and professional. Diagnosed and replaced the part that failed. A/C was up and running. Very happy with Red Zone service.

I would recommend Red Zone to anyone looking to purchase a new HVAC and also for annual maintenance. I found them professional and honest when assessing my HVAC system. They do not pressure customers into replacing units and they fully evaluate your home for the best options for a new system.
