I am very pleased. From our initial meeting with Denis, who didn’t play the pricing game like their competitors, to our installation from Bryce. There were issues with our plumbing that were revealed when the walls opened up. I’m not saying you will have the same issues, but it would be smart to have a contingency fund set aside.

So happy with my new shower from Bath Fitters. Completely transformed my bathroom. Russell did such a great job! I love it! He was very friendly! Everything was done within the promised timeframe and he communicated with me throughout the process. He cleaned up everything after done which I appreciate. Bryce and Jerad arrived at the designated time. They were friendly, polite and answered all our questions. They were meticulously neat. You would never know we had a tub removed and a new shower installed. When they left you never could tell any work & removal had been done. Except , now we have a FANTASTIC shower. I'm impressed! From my salesperson Andrew to my installer Kurt - these guys gave A1 service. The wait time felt like forever, because I'm impatient, but the payoff is amazing. My guest bathroom was SO gross; it was old, and rusted...yuck. IT'S SO BEAUTIFUL NOW!

Bath Fitters start to finish. Great work. Bryce was our installer many years of experience, professional, friendly and what a great job he did. Bryce finished way ahead of his job timeframe.
