Joel remodeled my 1969 mid-century modern home by E.T. Wright. The home had been untouched and was in dire need of modernization. Joel took a dark, clustered home and brought in light and an open design. While maintaining the integrity of mid- century modern design, his cabinetry, lighting, tile, and finishes were custom home grade. I couldn’t be happier! Additionally, Joel frequently visits his sites, loyal sub-contractors of 30 years and gets the job done in a fraction of the time other builders take. There is a reason Joel’s subs stick with him and customers return. He is honest, involved, and easy to work with. Couldn’t be happier.

We first hired Joel and Century Homes when we moved to the Valley in 1997. Without a doubt, Joel and his team of subcontractors are the best in Phoenix. Joel and his team did a complete remodel on my 1979 Scottsdale townhome. Moved walls, plumbing, electrical and filled a sunken living room. End result was awesome, timely and no detail over looked! Highly recommend Century Custom Homes.
