We had a castle crew install a Tesla charger for us this morning. It was a challenging install, but they handled it with the utmost professionalism and kept me updated throughout the project. The install looks amazing as they were very conscientious about cleaning up any mess that was made during the construction. I recently moved into a new home, and I needed a Tesla wall connector installed. I found this company from Tesla's website and gave the number a call. I got an answer from a person named John who not only answered my questions but also explained them in a way that made sense to someone who has zero knowledge of how panels or basic electricity wiring in a home. He gave me a fair quote, showed up on time, and completed the work within a couple of hours. Robert and Braydin arrived this morning prepared for the installation of a relatively sophisticated Tesla wall charger. I threw them a little curve by asking for an additional utility outlet on its own circuit be installed for my compressor. They didn’t tell me why it couldn’t be done at the same time as the original job they came to do. Instead they went above and beyond to do the proper steps to make it happen. And both projects got done quickly and professionally. As well as instructing my wife and I on the best practices to charge our Tesla. I would highly recommend these guys for your electrical needs and plan to use them again in the future for any of my projects. (BTW they warranty their work for two years).

I reached out to John from Castle Electrical & Lighting on the recommendation of our sales person, Omar at the car dealer. John asked me to take numerous photos of the garage, inside and out as well as the roof line, electrical panel and charger. We already had a feeling we wouldn't be able to add the charger to our existing panel. John asked if we had any appliances like an oven, range or dryer powered by gas to use that circuit breaker to save us money on installing a subpanel. Unfortunately they were all electric. I appreciated John's honesty in trying to save us some money. John was able to schedule us for the install for that week. Travis, the tech was out promptly at 7:15 AM and worked all morning and even found time to explain some of the features of the EV car and charger. I was very pleased with Castle Electrical and highly recommend them!

Castle installed and upgraded an all new panel (had one from the dark “electrical” ages) along with an RV outlet, disconnect for a mini split and did a fantastic job updating my electrical panel so I can add more goodies down the road. Robert and Braydin did a great job with everything and communication was top notch. I look forward to working with Castle on a couple other projects in the near future.

Robert and Braydin were AMAZING! Not only were they friendly, but the level of efficiency and quality of their work caught me off guard. I couldn’t believe how fast they finished installing my Tesla Wall Connector. Their entire visit barely lasted 20 minutes and in that time, they were able to confirm where I wanted it installed, explain the process, fully install and test the wall connector, clean up after themselves, then be on their way.
