Being a first-time customer without a major issue, I was extremely impressed with the prompt service to take care of my electrical issue. I was heading out of town for the season and really needed help with my issue. The owner called me that evening and booked an appt first thing the following morning. The two workers were prompt, courteous and knowledgeable with my issue. I can't thank them enough for tackling my issue! I will definitely use their services again.

Unique Electrical came on time and fixed my problem in a few minutes. I called them two days ago and they had someone at my place within 48 hours. The project took a lot less time then needed and they ended up charging me less than what they quoted because of it. Cannot suggest these guys more.

We had an emergency with the electrical wiring on our AC unit; so its May and no AC in AZ!! Called the only electrician we know, but they only worked on pools. So quickly googled and called three places and left messages. The fourth company, Unique Elect, answered on the first call. They were the last company on my list because it had the fewest reviews. But took a chance because on that first call the rep (who I think is the owner or manager) sounded knowledgeable and reliable. Although it was getting late in the afternoon, one of their work crews promptly stopped by within a few hrs of the call, confirmed that the problem is the wiring, and placed a temporary wiring so the AC was working again. They returned within 1 wk as promised and replaced the wiring. Professional, on time, cleaned up the work afterwards, great workmanship and price reasonable even on an emergency call. Amazing work. We are very particular in selecting contractors to work on our home. Overall excellent communication; and the work completed as described. Will be definitely using Unique for all of our electrical needs. Highly recommend!! I have already referred them to our family and friends.

After making several calls to different electrical businesses, Unique Electrical was the ONLY one that returned our calls. And we are so glad that they did! The scheduler was pleasant, responsive and electricians were on time, completed the tasks in an hour. And we were not gouged. They will definitely be my go-to for future electrical work and I will refer them whenever possible.

His assessment was thorough as he provided options for the installation of a new electrical socket in a hard to reach area of our home.
