Excellent work. They demo my whole kitchen and tile floors and replaced with hardwood. The results are beautiful I'd recommend them

Steve and his crew took on our project in Sedona (maybe I shouldn't advertise that! haha) since nobody in our area was able to tackle it for us at a reasonable price. We were very fortunate to find Steve as the work he did was top notch - gave me a detailed bid up front and stuck to it. Even threw in a couple little extras since "we are already in there".

And after the project was completed and I had paid in full, he even came back up one afternoon to address some minor issues as he was definitely wanting to make sure we were satisfied. Very professional and courteous. I highly recommend Steve and his company as they do great work and have integrity. Thanks Steve!

Steve remodeled our new house built in 1976. He had great ideas to open up the floor plan and added all the warm touches and conviniences that I was looking for. It was a challenge to stay within my budget but we did, and I'm very happy with the results! Thanks!

Steven and his crew converted our garage to a rec room, added a 3 car garage and an 800 square foot covered patio. Excellent job on all and the patio was tricky requiring arched trusses and steel beams placed with a crane. Steven is rare in that putting his name on a job means something to him. If anything is not right he will fix it, very good value would definitely use again.

Steve and his team delivered a spectacular Master Bathroom and Powder room remodel. There was intricate plumbing work to devise a powder room off the side of the master bath in a different room....and the results are fantastic. The project took about 2 weeks longer than expected, but the finished product was worth the wait.

Steve added an extension to my existing patio. The finished product was outstanding. The patio loooks like it was part of the original build. Moreover, he was in constant communication throughout the process and finished the project timely. He took the deposit and did not request a dime for any changes we made until the project was completed. That is an attribute of an excellent contractor. I highly recommend him for any job.

Steven Allen and his team did a fantastic job remodeling our outdated home in McCormick Ranch! They were on-time, helped us many times with design questions, and were simply a pleasure to work with. Steven is honest, reliable and hard-working, not to mention that he is on-site all the time and does a lot of the work himself. He is also a master carpenter, and crafted a beautiful fireplace mantel for us - one that we have always dreamed about having!

Also I appreciate Steve’s suggestion when painting my house. He had a different idea about painting around my windows and it made them really stand out. FANTASTIC! Steve Allen is Professional, Friendly, and Customer Service oriented. I did a lot of searching via BBB, ROC and interviews with contractors and I'm very grateful I chose Allen Construction. Steve does his utmost to make sure the job is done correctly and that his team is held accountable for all they do.
Although my home is a fixer-upper and had many not to code surprises, Steve and his team kept a positive attitude and made sure everything was done top notch. Steven Allen and his team is absolutely second to none in the valley. We had a major addition done to our home and from the first interaction to the communication during the project was perfect. Always picked up the phone or got back to me with an hour when I had a question. The workmanship is as near perfect as it gets, his attention to detail is amazing! Steve built a fill 70’ patio for us that included demo of old one. Guys all worked hard and it was great to have Steve’s input and expertise on how the project should done. His guys are friendly and Steve is genuinely a nice guy who is great to work with. Project turned out better than we expected which made the pricing even more reasonable. Would refer these guys 10 out of 10 times.

We have been very pleased with the work provided by Allen Construction. Steve Allen and his crew are on schedule and budget responsive. His crews provide excellent workmanship and maintain a safe and clean work environment. Steve takes time to understand all aspects of the project and is willing to discuss possible options and concerns. He is willing to share his experience and enjoys doing quality work.
