Jordan was OUTSTANDING in getting a technician back out to our pool, and when another technician did not clean the pool the way they should have. We truly appreciate that Jordan kept in good communication, and had someone back out the very next day to correct this. Thank you again Jordan!

Switched to Priority pool after disastrous previous service. Wow , what differnce an experienced company makes . Chemicals are finally where they should be and pool has never looked better . Customer service and pool techs are top notch. Very happy with service!

Priority Pools got our pool looking beautiful and spotless. We are so happy with our choice to use them for a clean up of black algae and maintenance of our pool. They use clear communication and are very responsive.

Frank and Daniel did great everything with the pool heater seems to be working perfectly. They even did some impromptu repairs to my pool filter during the install. Only complaint is that they didn't take the giant box of cardboard that the heater came in.

Priority Pools takes care of my pool with professionalism and pride in their work. I always have a working pool, and was confident that all routine maintenance was done correctly. I also use Priority Pools for repairs. They fixed everything quickly, and it was fine correctly the first time.

I wasn’t sure if my pool service man was doing all he should be doing. I called priority pool (pool maintenance provider) and asked them to tell me what should be done. They were very helpful and provided the information to me. Also answered some questions. One of the things that should be done each service. I could not tell if it was being done. I didn’t think it was. I was told to watch for when the service man came out and see if he did provide that service.. He usually came very early in the morning so I wasn’t up but about three weeks later he came in the afternoon, and I was able to observe him and what he did. And he did not do what he was expected to do. So I made a note and I sent a text to Priority Pool. A day later or maybe two I got a call from the service. success manager. I explained to him what I have just said above and he said he would forward my information and take care of it. He called back again to tell me that he called and serve the service manager of for the pool maintenance and that they will make sure that this service is done, and he also very graciously gave me a small credit for my trouble. as for a pool service, it’s a little expensive. However, I would never change again. They do an excellent excellent job and if you have any questions or issues they are right on top of it. Filters are cleaned every three months maintenance is done when need be sometimes if it’s an extra cost for something that’s OK, but the pool has been sparkling clean since I started this service over a couple years ago . I hope you find this helpful in selecting your pool service again I highly recommend Priority Pool service.

I have been with Priority Pools for close to 15 years. Their customer service is by far # 1 in the pool service industry. They have a text hotline for their customers which they monitor 7 days a week and get back to you quickly. They also service our pool and spa on a weekly basis and our pool tech is friendly, organized and does a wonderful job. I would highly recommend Priority Pools to anyone looking for a pool service company.

Exceptional work done by Frank and the rest of the Priority Pools team. Recently moved into a new rental home in Tempe and the pool was completely green with what looked like algae. Within a little over 7 days they had completely fixed the pool without draining it or replacing major parts of the filter system. Very impressive and we are very grateful for them. Thanks again Frank!
