Incredible service! Above & beyond! Something that unfortunately is so rare now days. HVAC companies are quick to tell you an entire unit is the only solution. Cool Aid Air-conditioning's motto is to HELP the customer not steal from them. This company is an ethical father / son team!
They return calls in a very timely fashion. They will come out as soon as they possibly can and clear communication all along the way. Fixing problems is their first priority , as well as give an honest 2nd opinion if needed. I was so grateful my neighbor gave me their number. She had been using them for many years. I wish I had had their number sooner but you can be sure I will never lose it now!

Ken and Dave from Cool Aid air came and saved the day for me again. After installing my AC three years ago they came back today to do some warranty work on a broken fan and fan motor.

Use them as a good local AC and heater company. We have only used them and been happy every time.

Airflow weak in basement. Tech adjusted duct damper. Improvement noticeable within hours. Appreciated the straightforward explanation. Good service.
