We started using Absolute Value, now Oasis Air, about 8 years ago at our old house. We had a DIFFERENT company do a maintenance checkup and it ended in disaster as they broke our entire system, letting out all the frion, and leaving us AC-less in AZ in July while I was pregnant… they even tried to charge us for the frion they leaked! THANK GOODNESS FOR ABSOLUTE VALUE heating and cooling, because we dealt directly with the owner’s son and there was no haggling or long wait time to get us up and running again! They installed a whole new system at a reasonable price. It worked amazing! We signed up for a maintenance contract where all the tune ups are included, every six months. They now come to our new house, where we have an older system, and do the tune ups under Oasis Air. They have been just as good and honest as the original. Thank you everyone!

The Oasis Tech was on time and checked everything that was needed for our A/C unit. The Tech made reccomendations for me to better my A/C experience. Thank you Oasis Air.

Amer was the technician. He introduced himself and let me know the service he was providing. He examined the heating system and determined that all was well. He noticed that the batteries in the thermostat were low. He offered to change them for me. He gave me a detailed description of the condition of heating unit.

At the next service interval I will as for Amer to be the technician.

We have used Oasis/Absolute for eightteen years, at two AZ homes. Good value, great service. They do both our AC system and furnance.

I ended up solving the problem overnight but I was impressed that Oasis could find a repair person for 7am on July 4. Thanks for helping

We got a new technician today. Amir must still be out. Anyway Douglas was very polite knew his business and performed it well. He checked out my A/C and heater. All is well for the upcoming winter.

Ricardo was on time, very polite, respectful and pleasant. He was thorough with his evaluation showing me pictures of his before and after maintenence and membership recommendations and repairs. Thank you for sending him to my house.

Our technician was very professional and his technical skills were over the top. He was able to service my air conditioner and my mother’s air conditioner all in one call!

i was very satisfied with the service provided by oasis air and with the repairman, Ricardo. he spent time explaining how my heat pump system worked and what to watch for so i can stop other issues from occurring.

I was very impressed with the tech from Oasis Air. He was very thorough in checking my heat pump by inspecting the unit in the attic as well as on the ground. He demonstrated professionalism and a friendly willingness to answer all my questions. He is a "keeper" in my book.

I found Amer to be a professional yet personable technician. He answered my questions and briefly explained what the system check would entail. I was comfortable with Amer in my home. It was refreshing as customer service seems to be lacking these days at so many businesses. Kudos to Oasis/Absolute for such an impressive hire!

Ricardo Adame was my technician. I was due for a maintenance check and Ricardo did a thorough job explained everything he was going to do before he did it came back with a clean report which was wonderful for me. He addressed a small issue that was easily fixed with a simple solution and did not try to manipulate me into some service that I did not need. Very difficult to find good honest people anymore and Ricardo is fabulous thank you Ricardo I hope you come back and visit us again

Mike Varela, the technician, was punctual, explained the reason for the visit and got to work right away.
He answered all my questions and offered to me how I could save money on certain items that would make my ac unit function better. Mike was very professional and courteous. He deserves 10 stars not 5.

Ricardo was very professional and friendly. I felt comfortable having him in my home. He informed me of what he was as going to do before he started. Would love to have him perform any further services on our units.

We have had Oasis Air check our AC unit for 18 years now. Our technician is personable, knowledgeable and professional. Thank you for all you do.

The tech was here as promised and did a thorough job of checking both the Air and Furnace systems. He did find a potential problem but recommended waiting until it got worse before repairing. He gave me an estimate and we scheduled the repair in the future before he left. Great, no upsale only good service.
