We’ve used Total Pro on two projects and both Dylan and Jeff delivered first rate work and customer service. Justin provided maintenance on our hvac system and was terrific.

Total Pro A/C
Just had my first Maintenance on the mini split system installed last spring. I cannot say enough about the customer service. The tech Justin came on time and walked me through what he was going to be performing, he changed the filters and kept me informed. Jeff called and followed up after Justin finished and confirmed the mini split met all the manufacturers spec and we where good to go. Pleasure working with both.

Total Pro A/C extremely professional, great communication, up front pricing, they do what they promise and job well done.

I must give Total Pro A/C 5 stars. I was desperate to have my a/c unit repaired before it gets hot. I was told by another well known a/c company I had a short in my condo wall going up two floors to the roof and would need walls in units above mine to be ripped open to find electrical short. I kept thinking this can't be so I went on google and did my due diligence in deciding on Total Pro A/C and speaking to Jeff. He just told me flat out we will get you cold air before it gets hot without running wires in walls and punching holes in wall. Jeff sent out Justin who was a godsend and was able to find bad wiring and new motors and capacitors and thermostat to fix problem. Total Pro A/C is as good as it can get in the A/C maintenance and repair business. We will use them in my wife's business also Thank you Jeff and Justin

Made appointment, tech showed up on time and conducted the inspection professionally and quickly. And best of all, there was no attempt to upsell! I’m very happy with this company!

Jeff & his team were very responsive and detailed with their assessment of our A/C unit. It’s an older unit (we’re likely on borrowed time) and he made us aware of potential maintenance parts/costs we could incur moving forward & a very competitive quote to replace when needed. Pros for sure! 😄👋

We woke in the middle of the night to our heater blasting cold air. Full disclosure, the owner is our neighbor and one we have always felt so grateful to have even before this incident. Our other neighbors have used his company before and highly recommended them so naturally we reached out. Jeff immediately responded and came out with his technicians and identified the problem, told us about the warranty it was under even though we didn’t have the paperwork, and fixed our heater right away. My husband is a stickler for accountability so he appreciated Jeff keeping us updated on the status of the job and ETA. Communication is key in running a great business! I know he cares for us because we are his neighbors but I also know he acts with integrity and kindness as his baseline and would treat any of his customers as if they are his neighbors! Highly recommend!!!

Jeff and the crew at Total Pro A/C are first class all the way and I am happy to endorse them. Jeff has a wealth of experience in HVAC and was able to clearly explain the options available in the market as well as the future market trends to know about. And then quoted me on what my house needed, no overselling, which was very refreshing. Industry leading brands at very competitive pricing (I got a few quotes).
The install crew were on time, efficient, clean and tidy, nice guys!.
I've had the new system for 2 mths now and I have definitely noticed the improvement in cold air getting pushed to all corners of the house. Improved comfort in the house was well worth the investment.

Total Pro A/C installed my Mitsubishi mini split. They were a great company that did exactly what they said they would do, on time, and in a professional manner. I would definitely trust these guys to install another unit for me or provide service on my equipment. Very responsive company.

Great service I inherited an old house that needs a lot of work so needless to say I had to replace my AC unit. Daniel , the technician came out and reassured me that everything that they would do for me was the best they encouraged me to do pricing So I was charged with all fairness and management was very kind and checked on me through the process thanks Jeff ! I am very pleased with the service we received from Total Pro A/C. They installed a new HVAC unit on my home. The service we received from Jeff and Craig were excellent. I don’t know any of the other techs names, but I thank them too. They were professional and made me feel comfortable right away. They were available after the job was completed, to call if I had any concerns or questions. Total Pro AC really came through for us. They took on a job that two other HVAC contactors didn't want to touch, and they completed it in one day. We had purchased a rental home in the spring, and in the summer our tenants were reporting insufficient cooling to part of the house. It turned out the ductwork had been configured poorly by a previous contractor during a remodel -- even I could see the basic issues in the attic. Replacing the ductwork, adding registers, and up-sizing the returns was a Big Job. We were concerned that we'd have to put our tenants up in a hotel while the work was done, but Total Pro AC brought out a large crew, led by the amazing Jose, and they completed the work in a single day.

From first contact through completion, I was impressed by their clear communication, timeliness, and competence. I highly recommend them.
