I have worked with Tracy for years over several projects. She NEVER disappoints. Very creative yet mindful of our budget timelines.

We bought our second home in Scottsdale while living and working in the Bay Area. Since we were not able to be on site after the sale, Traci was our person on the ground. Once she restored, designed and furnished the main house, she did the same for the casita. Traci is refreshingly direct and knows what I need before I can even express it. I’m very traditional and love antique décor, which is not a good fit with our Southwestern Scottsdale home. She incorporated subtle touches of Spanish Colonial that make me happy When we purchased a high-rise condo in San Diego that needed renovation, she helped me choose the contractor and spoke their language. Together, they worked out a plan to remodel in two phases so we wouldn’t lose time waiting for permitting. I don’t know what we would do without Traci.

Thanks to Traci and her team, our home is now the one we always wanted. We bought a house that had been on the market for a while because of its strange floor plan and dated rooms. Traci completely remodeled it, including moving the main hallway to connect all the common areas. Our kitchen is so much bigger and beautiful since she blew it out and added high-end appliances and an eat-in area. She transformed our game room into an upscale wine library with three full walls of custom bookshelves to display our extensive book collection. Our guests always talk about it. Traci is very kind but tough, in the best ways. She always listened to our ideas and then came up with something better than we could have ever imagined. Working with her was such a fun experience that we often talk about doing it again if we ever decide to buy another home.

Traci and her team quickly caught the vision for our Airbnb cabin. Within six weeks, the entire cabin transformed into the most charming and inviting getaway. The color scheme, accents, and use of space worked together in a way that made it feel fresh, warm, nostalgic, and current all at the same time. (I don't know how she was able to capture it all!)

Traci is accommodating and readily accessible. It is obvious she wants the client to have an inspiring design experience. I liked that even when she presented some concepts I chose not to go with, she enthusiastically embraced my desires and incorporated them in a way that honored our budget and the ambience we wanted. At other times, she asked me to trust her and that if I didn't like it, we could pivot. Turns out, I LOVED it.

Few companies these days keep it about the client. Traci and her team truly are passionate about making the design experience fun, on point, and personal. (This was an unexpected surprise as I went into the project feeling pretty overwhelmed!) I wish I had another design project to do it all over again!

Oh, and the feedback we continue to receive from our Airbnb reviews are 5 stars! Nobody ever wants to leave.

Proceed with caution. I selected Traci and her design company because of the customer reviews. Unfortunately, my experience was much different. She did not honor my numerous requests to see the furniture to ensure my two primary needs were met; quality and comfort. Instead, Traci charged excessive design fees with no furniture to go along with the fees. The final breaking point was the purchase of a sleeper sofa that was paid in full on March 11th that I learned on April 25th was never placed. Traci attributed all of the delayed delivery dates to Covid. However, other designers were able to get some of the same furniture pieces much sooner. I even placed an order directly with Lexington for a media console that Traci advised would not be available to ship until August. The console was ordered in March and delivered in April. I would not recommend this company.
