Affinity Kitchens provided exactly what we asked for and their pricing was very fair. Once we saw the completed project, it was exactly what we wanted. If your supplier does what they say they will do when they say they will do it, then everything usually goes really well.

I am a repeat customer of Affinity Kitchens. I originally remodeled my kitchen in 2006, and I am in still love with my cabinets. In 2018, I hired Affinity to remodel my three bathrooms and again I am pleased with the quality and design of the cabinetry.

We had a great expereince with Tim Huber. He helped us redesign our kitchn and eating area and he and his crew installed everything and it was an excellent experience. Tim is very responsive and has a great eye for design. When something went wrong they were easy to work with to get it rectified. Defientely, a 5 star business!!

Norman McClash, our Affinity Kitchens Designer, is a real diamond. Norman recently helped my husband Nick and I with our master bedroom and bath complete remodel. He takes time to go over every single detail from cabinets, flooring, fixtures, paint color, lighting etc.
He came to our house numerous times to check on everything.
We never could have done this beautiful remodel without Norman and his impeccable eye for design and listening to everything we wanted.
Nick and I are truly loving our new bed and bath soo much!

For the past six months my wife and I have been enjoying our new Affinity Kitchen. From the start of the project to the end it was more then we could have ever asked for. Starting with our first visit to the Affinity showroom where we met Theresa Franklin the person responsible for designing our new kitchen. She did an awesome job. We were a little tight on space but she was able to put so much more in the space we had. You got to have her show you the Le Mans Lazy Susan, It is so cool. When the kitchen arrived, Mike and a coupe others guys showed up and unloaded everything. These guys were very organized and neat. Then Mike got to work. I cannot say enough about the job this guy did. First class all the way. There was a lot of custom work involved in this project, wiring, lights, picking out a sink and counter tops, Theresa lead us through the process all the way. The company seemed to communicate very well throughout the project because we really never missed a beat. The project started on time and end on time within the budget we all agreed on.

We had spoken to 3 different contractors and all had ideas about how to arrange our laundry/craft room. At the same time, we were replacing our kitchen island to include a large flat counter (rather than a high top.) The designer, Debbie Miller, did an amazing job from start to finish. While the previous contractors were willing to do what was needed, she went above and beyond and designed creative, new, and exceptional storage areas. Due to the different types cabinets that we ordered, this really became two different remodels. We could see both jobs unfold seamlessly. One was being worked during the holidays and I needed them done on Thursday due to a weekend get together. The job site was clean, neat and contained and on time. The kitchen remodel was completed within 1 day of their original estimate...that's one day early. We're now happily enjoying our new spaces and have had follow up from the customer service team and the designer. We will do more work in our home and I would not hesitate to use them again.

It seems like everyone at Affinity Kitchens is wonderful. Their staff love what they do and they want to do the best job they can for their customers. Today, Norman McLash came by to see how our project turned out. We spent a couple of hours talking, visiting and enjoying each others company. He is a nice guy.

Our contractor referred us to Affinity Kitchens where we had the pleasure of meeting our kitchen designer, Norman McLash. From the first few minutes of saying hello we knew that we were in the right place and we looked no further for a kitchen design company. Norman listened attentively and presented products that really piqued our interest. We scheduled subsequent appointments both at our home and in the studio and each time Norman was punctual and prepared! Our dream kitchen became a reality filled with beautiful, yet functional design. I highly recommend Affinity Kitchens for selection and responsiveness and definitely recommend Norman McLash for his knowledge, thoroughness, communication, outstanding design concepts and his warm personality!

Choosing a kitchen and bath designer to manage an Arizona kitchen and bath remodel from out of state could not have been easier. Norman McLash at Affinity is a first-class designer with a wealth of knowledge that benefited us greatly! His design maximized the efficiency of our space and the quality of the cabinetry is superb in every detail. Affinity installers are wonderful as well. We had the pleasure of working with Tim at Affinity. He is a smart designer who really understands the whole construction process, and I'd call him a great communicator who speaks "kitchen" fluently. I say that, because prior to meeting Tim, we had no idea of the incredible amount of choices and options we'd wade through to update a 20-year-old kitchen. Our goal was to improve the functionality of the current space, take better advantage of a great mountain view, reuse a few of the more recently purchased appliances, and create a warm and elegant space. Tim came over to see our kitchen and immediately made some great suggestions. He really educated us on the whole process and answered our questions patiently and thoroughly. We went from not really knowing what we wanted--or even liked--to creating a kitchen that we absolutely love. It gets rave reviews, makes me happy whenever I'm in it, and just works so much better than the outdated one. Everyone at Affinity was a joy to work with! Mike, the installer, was a true craftsman. Mike and Drew, the contractors, were spot on when they said that Tim is their favorite designer to collaborate with because of his talent and attention to detail.

Affinity was great to work with! They took care of every issue that would pop up in our new home build. They were very professional, prompt, and easy to work with. I would highly recommend them. Tim Huber was fabulous! I am so happy with the quality and the end result of their work.

We knew of Affinity from a friend who had an excellent experience, and from their beautiful kitchen. Also, another friend recommended a specific designer . . . who happened to work at Affinity. So, from the beginning when we decided to redo our kitchen, Affinity, was the first stop. My wife worked as an interior designer, and we redid another kitchen in our MI home, so we had an idea of what it would cost. From the moment we met with Deborah at Affinity, we knew we were in good hands, and, ultimately, the price was in line with what we expected.
Deborah was simply FABULOUS. She is pleasant, patient, professional, and unbelievably talented. She quickly understood what we were attempting to do, and she worked with us on every detail, measuring more than once, and making sure that everything fit perfectly. Affinity even offered us a couple of suggestions for general contractor for part of the kitchen construction, and the other work we were doing in the house; we picked one of the two, and we were also delighted with them. Because Affinity had a history of working with the recommended contractor, it went even smoother.
We were given a production schedule, with the work being done while we were out of the house; we trusted both the contractor and Affinity, and we were NEVER disappointed. Everything went exactly as scheduled, and shown on a production spreadsheet before they began. We came back to AZ after everything was completed, and we were simply blown away with a kitchen that EXCEEDED our expectations. We continue to say to one another, and anyone who will listen, how thrilled we are with our new kitchen. We worked in the same footprint, yet we now feel we have phenomenally more space. That is a credit to Deborah’s design and the functionality of the cabinets we selected. We had a couple of adjustments that needed to be made, and within a day, Jamie was at our house, allowing us to begin putting away everything that was packed up. Jamie was also friendly and accommodating. Today, Mark came out to do a couple more things, and, he, too was great. Didn’t hurt that Mark emigrated from Canada, where the cabinets are manufactured, and happened to spend years working for the manufacturer. He’s a great find for Affinity, as he knows this cabinet from the inside out. We are now 100%, with the last couple of things very minor.
So, know that you will make the right decision if you choose to work with Deborah and Affinity!!

We met with Debbie at Affinity. She listened and then closely worked with us on the design to make sure it met all of our goals. They delivered what they promised and in the time frame they had initially indicated. The installation staff was great and provided additional help to other installers to ensure the fixtures, appliances and cabinets worked great together. The follow up has been great. I would highly recommend this organization. They are not the cheapest but provide great value for what they deliver.
