Classy Kitchen and Bath completed my kitchen over two years ago and I still absolutely love it! The quality of the materials and installation is top notch. I love the custom elements that they designed just for my home's layout and I love the soft close drawers that keep things from getting banged up. Two years in and my white and gray kitchen still looks brand new.

I have had the privilege of using Classy Closets to remodel two bathrooms and a kitchen. They are amazing to work with. It's one stop shopping. They take care of you from the beginning design to the finished product. They give you a time line and are very good at sticking to it. I really just can't say enough good things. Totally professional and timely. I've one more bathroom left to remodel. Will be calling Classy Closets when its time.

My husband and I worked with Classy Kitchen and bath about 4 years ago on our Kitchen remodel and we still love our kitchen!!! The designer listened to all our needs and hopes for the kitchen. we were able to bring down a high bar top countertop to a normal countertop height with beautiful quartz. There were minor hiccups along the way, but that can be expected when working on such a big project where unforeseen circumstances pop up, like plumbing or wiring issues in the walls that wouldn't have been known until the walls were exposed. the team did great with their communication and explained when everything should be expected to go in and finally be completed. To this day I love my two toned kitchen with my classic white and sage green cabinets. I would recommend this company to anyone! I've had two neighbors also get work done in their homes by Classy, both of which also had a good experience and the product and design is just beautiful. Well done Classy!

I was referred to Classy by someone I know who had her closet remodeled by them. When I looked online I saw that they also do kitchens and baths. I submitted an inquiry and was promptly contacted and scheduled with Cabinet Carl as my designer.

I cannot say enough great things about my experience with Classy Companies. I only got ONE QUOTE for my house. Right away I knew that they were competent, they demonstrated great communication, and that I could trust them to complete the projects without me having to be constantly present. So often I feel like I pay a premium for the kind of service that I seek, but in this case I feel like their pricing was not inflated for the service I received and the people I was working with actually CARE. I always thought that doing a remodel would be a painful process, I would lose sleep over it, I’d be upset about things, or I’d be trying to hunt down contractors who weren’t showing up. The process with Classy was not stressful at all. The whole process went smooth and was pleasant. It was worth every penny to be able to carry on with my own life and career and trust that everything was going well at home. I have referred several others who had quotes from other companies and Classy’s quote was the best quote for each person I referred.

Carl is the BEST! He is great at looking at the design of a space while keeping in mind the functionality, cost, and any specifics to the install so that it all comes together nicely. Jeff, Josh, and Rick were exceptional project managers. Much of the time I wasn’t home, but I did get to know Rene, Carlos, Jamie, and Parks as well. Everyone was so nice, considerate, and careful in my space. I love everything in my home now, thank you all so much!

Would you use the company again? No
I recently used Classy to do my 2 bathrooms. Had many companies come give me their pitch and estimate. Choose them and these are just some highlights of the journey.
• Day one I was met with excuses and why they could not start on time. This would be a trend for the whole project.
• Schedules were hardly kept, and randomly people show up to do work unexpectedly
• Communication was lacking at best, met with excuses and told they were waiting on a text back.
• Did not remember details about my project, no attention to detail, had to remind the workers because they were given no instructions
• Foreman or person who I was told was to oversee my Projects quit on the spot.
• After the demo was complete on master there was a week to get supplies, only to find they were not right, more delays.
• 2-week delay after tile was installed in master with little to no communication
• On both projects the NEW cabinets were installed while major work was being completed.
• Cabinets were brought to install in guest bathroom, had not even completed Master
• I had to do most of the permit scheduling myself including the final. Would have never been completed had I waited
• Have not even discussed the guest bathroom but I’m sure you get the idea.

Still waiting on paint to fix the dinged-up cabinets (took care of it myself) from having them installed while work was being done. They also have not even bothered to do a final walk through of my projects as of writing this review, just an example of their lack of attention to detail & of how they just don’t really care once they get your $. Project was completed dec 1st 2024. Was going to use them for 2 other projects, yeah not happening.

I remodeled my entire 90sf kitchen. I got the process started in August for the work to be done between Thanksgiving and Christmas. While the showroom was impressive and the available options numerous, the project was managed horribly. They said it would be done in 3.5 weeks. It took 3.5 months. They mismeasured several things, gave me the wrong cabinet and wrong soffit height, and had to eliminate some options because of their errors.

I had more than different 20 people and out of my house doing various things. There was a 19-day span where NO ONE did anything. Try living without a kitchen for that long. The designer and the installation manager visited my home just ONCE during this entire process. Everyone else was a subcontractor and every day it seemed like a new batch of strangers, many of whom did not understand English.

Being my first remodel, I learned that you have to oversee EVERYTHING. Do NOT expect the workers to understand what you wanted. In fact, the cabinet installers came unprepared. I had to give them my drawings so they knew where to put everything! I also had to have them redo several things that were obviously not aligned or level.

I eliminated some items as we went along thinking that I would be saving some money, but the final cost was not revised from the estimate. While they did offer me a discount for my troubles, the whole process was exhausting and left me angry. This was a 9'x10' kitchen. How could a small project like this go so wrong?

I have a nice new kitchen but I know where the errors are and I know the trouble it took to make it this way. I cannot recommend this store for any remodeling jobs you may wish to do.
