Kale from Apple Plumbing was fantastic. I had a few plumbing issues at my home and he made sure they were all fixed and running in perfect shape. If you have residential plumbing issues, need a water softener, water heater or RO system fixed, contact Apple Plumbing. I am very happy I contacted them and am very happy with the service and support from Kale and the team.

We needed to transfer and install our water softener system to our new residence then found out that the house hadn’t been plumbed properly. Our technician Grant was able to problem solve and figured out the best way to get it done properly and efficiently. He stayed all day to get it done. If I could give him more than 5 stars I would! He was awesome.

The team at Apple Plumbing is incredible. We have had Apple out a couple of times, and both times they have been extremely professional, and most importantly, I felt comfortable with each person in my home, (as a petite female home on my own). Most recently, our sink wasn't draining, and the team trouble shot what was going on with a couple of scopes, and diagnostics. Not only did they clear out the drain/pipes, but they also recommended we remove the garbage disposal, which we were not using otherwise because our pipes just cannot handle it. We did, and this means that we now have extra space under the sink for storage, and little particles of food aren't falling through unintentionally, likely causing some of the blockage in the first place. It's been months since they have been here, and we have not had the sink back up since -it has been an ongoing issue beforehand, so I feel certain that this was not just a bandaid fix, but that it's properly, professionally fixed. I absolutely recommend Apple.

I have been using Apple Plumbing for my Comercial Plumbing needs for years. This past week we had something came up after normal operating hours and instead placing an emergency call or waiting until the next day for service. I called one of those big name 24hr plumbers that claims to unclog any drain for 79.99.

The "other guys" quoted me $79.00 over the phone to clear a clog. Long story short, I ended up with $235.00 less in my bank account and a drain that was barley draining. The tech from "the other guys" wanted me to approve a $900.00 charge to hydro-jet the line. I instead did what I should have done originally and called out Apple Plumbing. I explaing what had happen to my Apple tech, Mitch and he was able to get the drain working like new with in 1 hour of him arriving on sight. I did not end up getting the line hydro-jetted and spent a fraction of the nearly $1,000.00 the "other guys" quoted to. Needless to say next time I will pay the fees associated with an emergency call or wait until Apple Plumbing can make it out.

Apple is the most reliable company I have worked with. Water heater leaking and they were here within 2 hours with work completed today. Ryan is excellent efficient and left the area totally clean. I will always use Apple as I have in the past.

Apple is the best. Fast, efficient and so knowledgeable. We have a tankless and it can be fussy at times. Grant always takes great care of us and the water heater. Because of the style water heater sometimes it takes awhile to diagnose. Grant is patient and works it all out and we feel the prices are fair. We recommend Apple to all our friends.

I noticed the water pressure in my house had been decreasing. I called Apple Plumbing because they are the best! Grant came out and trouble shot the problem until he found the most likely cause. He gave me a fair cost estimate, and advised me to first have the city check the meter and main line before I spend the money on a repair I may not need. This is an honest company. Thank you Grant!!!

Just had Grant out to fix our water heater. He provided excellent customer service - went above and beyond for us - really explained what was going on and how and why it’s repaired for the long term. I also liked that we get a text with a photo of the repairman when he’s on his way over. I also appreciate that this is a family run company. Will use again and recommend to friend!

Today was our first experience with Apple Plumbing Services and we are sure to use them again. They called to ask if Grant could arrive early which worked great for us. Grant handled proactive maintenance of our hot water heater, checked all the hot & cold water valves in our home, found a vacation valve behind our water softener which we didn’t know existed, and he walked me through everything he was doing. In addition, Grant was able to talk with me about our old water softener, offer information on several new models and then he sent the information to me to review for future use. It was a delightful interaction, Grant is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful and I look forward to seeing him again when the need arises.

We are very happy with Apple Plumbing Services. We had an unexpected “emergency” in the kitchen when our faucet literally fell off the mounting on our granite. After crawling underneath the sink, we knew we needed to call Apple. As always, they were kind and set up an appointment. We received notification, with a picture of Kale, and details about his qualifications. Kale is wonderful! He fixed everything and installed a new faucet, too. We had a serious plumbing issue late one afternoon just before the Holidays. Damon and JR came that evening and again at 7:00am the next morning to complete the job.
