We had great experience at lux. They took their time explaining differences in products and installation considerations. We were very happy with all that we purchased. Most important there was a product issue which was immediately corrected. We had an installation question and they responded immediately to assist the contractor as well. It’s not just the quality product but the owner’s standing behind both the quality and the customer that makes this place great!

I did a full bathroom remodel and their prices were better than all the other places but their knowledge of the showers, faucets, tubs, etc. was so much more informative and extensive than anywhere else. Customer service was best I've seen and the showroom really helped with so many choices on display. I highly recommend and got all my fixtures from here.

We did a custom build and LUX was one of my favorite companies to work with. Ryan was incredibly helpful in giving advice, but what truly sets LUX apart is the incredible customer service.
