Jacee contacted me a couple months ago and explained to me how I could receive coverage from a past insurance policy to cover all the cost of a whole new roof (less deductible,) when I was only looking for some repairs. I had no idea this was possible until Jacee explained it to me.

He was true to his word, and about a month later Paragon professionally installed a beautiful, top quality new roof for me that cost me only the deductable of $1,000.

I am very pleased with the quality and cost of my new roof, and am very impressed by Jacee's knowledge, high ethics and professionalism.

Words cannot express how pleased I am with Paragon Contracting and Joe West. They were able to work with our insurance company to get all five roofs on our church property replaced, with no out-of-pocket cost to us. Their professionalism went above and beyond. Our neighbors even commented on the level of excellence they were seeing while the project was being done. Joe handled everything with the church insurance company and communicated with me every step of the way. I never had to get involved with the insurance company at all. We had a pleasant experience with getting our roof replaced. Jacee helped get everything set up with the insurance company, ordered everything we needed and was there when the crew replaced the roof. It was nice having someone that answered all of our questions and texts quickly. I always felt like we were being taken care of and Jacee was great to work with.
The roof replacement was done well and i appreciate the 5 year workmanship guarantee. The crew was efficient, friendly and worked hard. The little items that I was concerned about Jacee made sure to get them fixed. Everything was done in a timely manner to our satisfaction. I would definitley recommend Paragon Contracting.

Paragon came in and replaced the roof on our 3 story home in a quick professional manner. The team was easy to work with and answered all questions we had during the process. After the job was completed a gentleman came by and cleaned all of the tar remnants that had occurred. I did find a few nails here and there which I get is normal.

I had my home and detached garage re-shingled recently. Both were completed in 1.5 days and the crew that did the work was very professional. They did an excellent job on the roofs and made sure everything was cleaned up afterwards. We were very happy with the results.

He walked us through every step of the process, ensuring we understood what was happening and what to expect. I want to recommend Paragon Contracting llc and in particular, Project Manager Sean Smith. Sean caught me at just the right time after looking at my roof from the street and knocking on my door. I knew my roof was a 20-year old 3-tab that needed to be replaced, but I was not looking forward to the payout. I figured there was little hope of insurance covering it solely because of its age. But, when Sean stopped by, he urged me to explore the possibility because of the hail storms we’d had recently. He asked to go do a quick inspection and came down with clear photos of damage from those storms. We contacted my insurance claims office and Sean’s experience really helped with the inspection. He knew what inspectors might overlook and so he walked it with them to point everything out. When their estimate missed some city code requirements and that 3-tab are no longer available, Sean talked to them resulting in an additional payout for those required items. The roof was done within a day of material delivery without any problems. Sean continually checked up and was always available. For the record, I was so happy with the roof and impressed with Sean and Paragon I offered to do reviews on websites. They earned them.

We recently had our roof repaired due to hail and storm damage. The Paragon Team did a great job and in a very timely manner. The new Project Manager Jaycee arrived today to repair two very small problems. He is very professional, pleasant and quite willing to assure that we are completely satisfied with their work. I was very impressed with Jaycee and would highly recommend him and Paragon to anyone seeking a 5 Star Company.

Big shout out to Paragon. David White,Odell, and the girls in the office. We knew we needed a new roof but didn't know where to start. David knocked on our door and got us started. He talked to our insurance and got a claim started. David and Odell came over and took measurements and helped us pick a color for the shingles. They provide all the pictures the insurance company wanted. The girls in the office took over from there and from beginning to end it was done within a month.

Sean Smith did a great job representing Paragon Roofing and helping us get our roof replaced. He was true to his word and helped us at every step in the process. Our roof was replaced in 1 day. It looks great! The crew did a good job of cleanup afterwards. When I told Sean that I saw a few exposed nails and two shingles that weren’t quite flat, he came out and fixed them.
I’m very satisfied with my new roof and Sean’s customer service.

Very happy with the process and the results. I didn't even know I could have my insurance pay for a new roof. I was pretty skeptical when Dillion showed up in his big truck. I figured he was just a storm chasing scammer, but I decided to start the process with them after a bit of research. I'm happy I decided to work with them. They did great work on replacing my roof. Sean did a great job communicating to me and making sure the roofers did quality work. My home owners insurance rates did go up because of the claim, but even with that they saved me a bunch of money that I thought I was going to have to pay out of pocket.

We were very lucky to work with a very professional COO (Brennen O'Dell). He made the process easy to understand.
