In the past two years I have had both American Leak Detection and Pinpoint Leak Detection at my home.
Leak science by far is the best!
Three different teams came to my home, first to find which wine was the problem, then to find where in the line of the leak was, and then to repair the leak. Everyone was very knowledgeable and capable. I am very, very satisfied!

Leak Science is one of the most professional service companies we have ever worked with. They produce excellent work on a clearly defined time line and always within budget with updates of progress and photos. They are the gold standard in their field and we are very happy to work with them and consider them an asset to our company's operations.

Leak Science Techs were able to locate my pool leak and make recommendations for resolving the issue. Tech was on time, polite and professional. I asked a lot of questions about the science behind the testing and Ryan was very patient with me. Completed the test within the recommended time, fair pricing and work is guaranteed for 30 days. Invited to call with any follow up questions I may have. Definitely would recommend Leak Science to others having pool leak problems.

I had used another company to detect my leak, and when they told me they wouldn't fix it, I was left to search for someone to complete their job and repairs. After several calls, I found Leak Science, who came highly recommended by a pool remodel company. I'm so grateful I called them, wishing I had used them for the initial diagnosis. Aspen's communication is top notch. Not only is she warm and friendly, but she also described the process in detail and kept me updated when to expect a quote, a repair, an invoice and a final charge. Ryan and Chris were wonderful as well. They are both knowledgable, honest, and like Aspen, great with communication. Not only did they fix my leak and some other issues, but the team took delicate care of our new travertine that needed to be pulled up to complete the repair. In addition, both Ryan and Chris provided me with some great tips and recommendations moving forward. The entire experience was positive from start to finish. I highly recommend Leak Science!

The guys from Leak Science came out and diagnosed our problem with the pool.
We did in fact have a substantial leak. They diagnosed the problem quickly, they were very professional, and they cleaned up everything when they were finished.

Ryan, the owner was responsive. Leak Science was very professional and they did a great job in addressing our pool's pipe leak. They knew we needed to get the job done as soon as possible and they delivered!

Leak Science responded immediately to our call. Found the pool leak using very updated equipment. Then fixed the very difficult job 2 feet underground and below other pipes. Ryan and Chris are very easy to work with and extremely professional. I would highly recommend them if you suspect a leak especially with a rising water bill.

I’m sharing my experience working with Leak Science. Although they were unable to provide their services because my pool leak was not a plumbing issue, the help I received was especially generous and helpful. I spoke with both Ryan and Aspen and they were so kind and supportive. To say this company is honest and sincere about helping their customers is putting it mildly. We have a unique pool. We have a surge tank that supplies water to the pool. The pressurized pipe that keeps the surge tank full broke and Leak Science was able to do the repair at a fair rate. They are the only pool repair service company that took the job and they got it done right. Most plumbers said this was out of their realm. This was just another day of work for these guys. I highly recommend their work and expertise. True professionals.

Leak Science did a great job of finding the leak that was in my pool and then repairing the damage for a good price. Leak Science did great job for me!

Leak Science had the technology and expertise to find a leak at my home that could have been anywhere along a 760 foot path under my asphalt driveway and open desert between the meter and my house. The leak was estimated at 14 mph but water never surfaced anywhere along the waterline path. Normal sounding techniques would likely never have found the leak and could have produced false locations to dig up the driveway.

I have found Leak Science to be a truely customer and results oriented company. They operate with integrity and pride in their ability to very precisely locate leaks which saved me in repair costs.

After working with 6 different companies, with no direction on a diagnosis or any resolution in sight I found Leak Science on the web and gave them a call. From the first contact until the completion of the job, the Leak Science Team was quick to respond, and followed through each day until the job was complete. A special call out to Tieler, the young lady who took my first call and who set my mind as ease when she told me about the company and how completely sure Leak Science would be able to handle my very frustrating situation with the spa leak. I was told about how Ryan, the owner, was involved and would make sure the job would be done to my satisfaction. I then had a call with Ryan and Tieler, to talk through the process. Once I made the decision to move forward, Leak Science Team made things happen quickly. Another call out to Bobby, who detected the leak, first working with wife as I was out of town and then pinpointing the leak once I drained the pool. Bobby was within a couple of inches of where the bottom of the pool was marked. Safe, another team member from the office, kept me updated each day on who was coming to house and what time. The process as flawlessly executed, and I am happy to say the pool is now full again and what a pleasure it is to see the spa water level holding. If I could give Leak Science 100 stars, I would not hesitate for a moment. Ryan and his Team are the absolute best company I have worked with regarding any repairs at my home!

Leak Science is a truly professional and courteous organization.
Originally recommended by my pool service, they quickly scheduled a technician to review the leak problems with my pool and spa. The gentleman arrived as scheduled and following the assessment, shared videos and pictures to clearly explain the issues with the pool.

A repair was scheduled to reseal the main drain in the spa. The work was completed within several days and the repair is not visible to the naked eye.

A secondary issue was noted following the repair, and Leak Science dispatched another technician who identified a “leak down” problem with a plumbing ball valve (that was not related to the primary issue).

All problems solved at this point, and I highly recommend the services of Leak Science. The team is truly first class, and they know what they are doing. If you have any suspected leak issues with an inground pool/spa, do not hesitate to call Leak Science. They have my highest personal recommendation. Five-plus stars!!!!
