My pool was leaking, they fixed the leak then they repaired the deck. They drained the pool, acid wash, tile clean and finishing with fixing the deck. They did a beautiful job. It’s like a brand new pool.

Santos and his crew are fantastic!! My pool's water leveler was constantly running after a recent remodel. Within an hour, they identified a small leak in a remote area inside one of the plastic sleeves of my pool's in-floor cleaning system by placing a listening device in the pool. They then provided me a video tape of the leak and within a couple of days, they had the pool drained, the leak repaired and the entire pool's plumbing system pressured tested to make sure there wasn't any other leaks for a fair price. Not only was the leak found quickly and repaired professionally, they took the time and care of minimizing the possibility of any other future issues. I have a real old pool. It was leaking. I called many leak detection firms but settled on Optimal. They are an established Scottsdale firm. Soon after the call, Santos and Jesse arrived and discovered multiple massive leaks and a filler system problem as well as a worn pressure valve.
Each of these were identified using modern camera and detection equipment and I was shown photos of the problems. The large skimmer leak was identified and repaired and a new filler was installed as well as a new pressure valve. All of the work was of exceptional quality and completed within a week. Their prices were lower than other estimates I received. Jesse also found a floor cleaning system and gave me a complimentary camera inspection and I will get that system going soon. Santos, Jesse and their crew do exceptional, thorough and high quality work at a reasonable price. I really hate to waste water and Optimal is dedicated to save water while ensuring that your equipment is operating efficiently. Call them if you need pool or spa inspection, you'll be glad you did.
