Very happy with Champion and particularly Colbie who was the Tech who showed up to address my issue. He was very personable, great to talk to, wasn't pushy to get me to do something. People don't like to be "Sold", and Colbie answered all my questions and allowed me to "Buy" rather than be sold. Due to Colbie's way of doing things, I DECIDED to purchase a new unit rather than fix the old one and I've found a new company, replacing the one who has put 4 units on my two homes over the past 22 years. THAT Company has certainly changed since the new owners have taken over and they have lost a loyal customer for the past 20+ years. Thank you Precision and thank you Colbie.

We were pleased with the service provided. We thought our unit was not cooling correctly. We were informed that when the temperature is so high outside, the unit will hold at 75°. Our technician checked the A/C with a fine
tooth comb.

Larry Flores is a very knowledgeable and courteous technician. He gave me a couple ways to fix the air flow to a bedroom that was running hotter than other rooms. I can highly recommend.

Iven H. was fantastic! Very professional and knowledgeable; he worked efficiently to complete my A/C tune up. I am happy with the service and the price, will be using this company and technician for the foreseeable future!

Technician Chris García is a very professional and respectful young man. He and his partner showed up on time and worked the job till completion.

I had Champion do a Tune Up on the AC system for a new home I recently purchased to ensure the system was running at optimal performance. Iven did an exceptional and thorough job with my AC maintenance. Iven explained everything he found to me in language I could understand and made a recommendation that I will have installed soon. We had our first maintenance visit today with service tech John C. who was professional and friendly. Also, he is very experienced and informative. We just became a ChampionCare Member and this visit solidifies we made a great choice.

Amazing company. After getting a half dozen estimates from A/C companies, we settled on Champion Air and we’re really glad we did. Hoss sized up the job, gave us a very competitive quote, got us on a the schedule and we had a beautiful new system within 48 hours. The techs who installed the system were courteous, knowledgeable and professional. After everything was installed, they sent a company to clean and sanitize the ducts. They too were amazingly efficient and courteous.

At the end of the day, Champions Air blows the competition away. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing assistance with their HVAC system.

I called Champion Air for annual tuneup. Tyler Snow was very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and very focused! He answered all my questions and didn't try to charge me for more work. I would definitely call him again if I need more work done on my AC.

Did great job, here on time, cleaned up afterwards. Careful around the house, no damage. I remember the gentleman that came in and set everything up Kris. The two workers introduced themselves when they arrived, but the next day, can't remember their names.

Larry and Iven were very professional and explained the results of their inspection. Communication with the office and the team was fantastic - confirmation the day before, an update (with photo) when they were on their way and a phone call giving me an ETA.

They offered to replace my filters while they were there - really appreciate the gesture!

Even though I had a new system, I just wanted to make sure my AC is running properly. I got Champion through Costco and they setup an appointment for tune up right away. The technician Mr Iven communicated prior to arrival and came on time. He spent enough time checking everything, cleaned everything and did a great job. He suggested just one minor thing and everything went well. Completely satisfied with the service and kudos to Iven.

Summer tune up from Champion Air. Excellent pre appointment communication via text, phone and email. Text included a photo and bio of my technician when they were on the way. Iven was professional, friendly and respectful as he worked through the process. He patiently explained my results and made suggestions without any high pressure sales pitch. Will schedule again next year.

I had called Champion Air to do a maintenance on my 2 ac units and to install my purifier filters and lights. My old tech had left the company and they were sending me a new one. His name is Randy Mooney. I have never seen a more meticulous individual who worked on my units. He was not in a hurry, he saw little things and took the time to fix them. He took pictures and went over them with me. I was thoroughly impressed.

Randy was the technician who serviced our AC units. Randy was friendly and very professional. He took the time to explain why our AC was not cooling as expected and how to address it. Identified some sources of heat that needed attention to help keep the house cooler. Very happy with the service.

This has been our first appointment with Champion Air. Colbie G. not only completed troubleshooting efficiently, he implemented the most practical course of action and completed the install same day!
