What an amazing person. He came out immediately. I am so grateful as my aging mom lives with me and it was getting 80 plus in house, cooler her off with ice packs. He solved the problem and got AC running within an hour.And I feel it was not bank breaking cost, thank goodness. I will totally be calling him for everything and will be replacing unit with him when it finally needs to be replaced. 10 stars if I could rate it. Thank you so much.

I actually found Emanuel via my neighbor and was so pleasant to deal with that. I actually asked him if he could fit me in to his schedule to check my unit as I do every spring he jumped on getting me scheduled came the very next day and took care of everything, so pleasant, so efficient and a great joy to work with will use again for sure, thanks Emanuel

Emanuel from ER Heating and Air Conditioning is a lifesaver. Our unit went out and after reading reviews on ER H&A i gave him a call. Emanuel arrived a hour later and was able to fix the issue quickly. After looking over the unit it was determined that our problem was a disconnected wire. He could have told us anything since we are not in that industry but he was honest. Will definitely be using ER Heating and Air Conditioning for yearly maintenance and future repairs.

I found Emanuel to be very professional and informative. I appreciate that I was looking for a second opinion on wether or not I really needed a new AC unit. These guys provided awesome service. My air broke in the middle of the night and was 87 degrees inside . I called them at 7 am
and they were able to cone to our house by 8. Replaced 2 parts and we were up and running in 10 min with air again. No issues since!!! i highly recommend and trust and so thankful they saved the day!!!

I had an excellent experience with Emanuel Cociorvan. He did an awesome job checking our 2 AC units for any issues and washed the coils in both units. They sound better now and are making less noise. Emmanuel is very knowledgeable about new systems and explained a lot about the different brands and systems that are out there for when my AC units do break down. Emmanuel is very nice and professional. I recommend his services.

Emanuel was quick to respond and worked on my AC unit with urgency. I was bummed that the initial diagnoses did not fix the problem, but when I told him the AC went out again the next day, he made his way to my home within a couple of hours that same morning. I wish the first diagnoses would have done the trick to save myself some money but hey, some things are hard to pin down on first look, so I get it. Regardless, I appreciated the professionalism and the urgency he took to resolve my issue. I would definitely recommend Emanuel in the future.

Emanuel arrived outside my home 10 minutes before the appointment and rang the doorbell 1 minute prior. He performed a system check for leaks. Found the leak super fast and presented options. He advised he could install a new system, but he didn’t think we needed it. So he fixed the leak and serviced the AC. I highly recommend ER HVAC as Emanuel is looking for long term customers and isn’t trying to defraud customers with overpriced services or options. Would I do business with him again? Yes as we already have an appointment for April 2024 to perform the annual AC service.

Update:
We are still using Emmanuel of ER HVAC. 2025 is the third year we are using him and we already have our appointment setup for 2026.

Emanuel came to our home late on a Sunday to help us fix our AC unit. We needed a new thermostat but he took the time to explain what our issue was and even gave us some helpful tips if we ever found ourselves in a jam in the future. Great customer service and he solved the problem fast! Now we have a cool house to keep our family comfortable in the AZ heat!
