We requested and received multiple bids. Alba was the only company that after inspecting our project and listening to our needs, sat down and gave us a bid to do the job. After receiving all the bids and researching the credentials of Alba, we made our decision to go with them. Adrian listened to our input and gave us honest feedback about some of our suggestions. Everyone and I mean everyone was so easy to work with and we were completely comfortable with everyone who worked on our project. Our remodel was based more on needing better function for our special needs and the product we received has made our lives so much easier while being beautiful to look at also. There has not been one moment of regret. Alba gave us what they promised on their initial visit and were so amazing to work with.

Alba Construction is amazing! We had them install natural stone to the bump-outs on each side of our garage, around three pillars, as well as along one outside wall on the front of our house in Sun City West, AZ. We absolutely love how our home looks! The new stonework sets ours apart from others on the block, which is what we wanted. Virgil is a delight to work with; very knowledgeable and professional. We recently completed a home remodel with Alba Constrution, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the results! From the initial consultation to the final walkthrough, the entire team was professional, attentive, and genuinely invested in making sure our vision came to life. Adian is very easy to work with, listens, gives suggestions, and is meticulous in his work.

The design team really listened to our ideas and helped us refine them into something even better. The quality of craftsmanship is outstanding—every detail was carefully considered, and the materials used feel luxurious but still practical for our family. The project was completed on time, on budget, and the crew was respectful of our space, always cleaning up after themselves at the end of the day.

What really stood out was how communicative the team was throughout the process. Adian kept us informed every step of the way, and whenever we had questions or concerns, they were quick to address them. The final result is a home that is not only more functional but also looks absolutely gorgeous.

Alba did a fantastic job remodeling my 2 bathrooms and my kitchen countertops! They were punctual, their craftsmanship was outstanding and they always communicated in a timely manner. Once they started the project they were here everyday and all day until it was done!

Our first project was kitchen countertops c/w sink, and range top, which we were very happy with. The plumber even moved our RA system that made more room under the sink. So we asked them back to quote bathroom remodel. While we had many different quotes, and theirs was very compatible, they again went above and beyond with their before and after service. We leaned on them and their experience to help with our styling and color choices. We are very pleased with the final project and we would recommend them to anyone!

Kitchen remodel was professionally done and on time. Lots of comments from friends on the cabinets and the granite countertops. Painters did a great job on painting interior. The carpenters did a fantastic job on the crown molding. All told, very satisfied with the whole job.

Alba was a great find. Adrian gave us a quote right away after reviewing our master shower that was needing a remodel. Adrian as well as his team are very professional, communicative and hold to their word. I could tell that his employees took pride in their work and wanted to make sure we were happy with the process. Adrian is hands on and was always checking in. His team was at our home every day. Alba's prices are competitive. Once Alba started, I felt confident we picked the right company and then had complete trust they would do it right and true to the completion.

Alba Construction was straightforward and good to work with. They gave us a quote for our master bath remodel to replace tub and small shower with large shower and two sets of fixtures. The carpenter, Daniel, was so organized, neat, tidy and efficient. He was a pleasure to work with. He kept us informed of his progress daily. The project was completed on budget and mostly on time! I would highly recommend Alba Constrution!

Had a terrific experience with Alba Construction. Due to an unfortunate shower leak had to demo out entire walk-in shower & also included adjoining bathtub as well. Wall damage, floor damage, etc… One can be leary when undertaking this sort of project but after extensive due diligence so grateful we found Alba Construction. They made it easy with a great sense of relief and so happy with a beautiful end result. Very skilled craftsmanship of the different trades & they were punctual, efficient & all very communicative! Appreciated quick responses from project manager with any concerns or questions as we went along they value you as their customer! Would definitely hire again for any future construction needs!

Alba Construction is, without question, the most professional and reliable contractor I have ever worked with anywhere. Their quality of work and attention to detail is, in my experience, unmatched. Alba has shown they can perform any and every type of work. No project seems too large or too small. For me they have accomplished floor tiling, bathroom remodel, interior and exterior painting and more. And all on schedule and within the estimated cost. Alba's and Adrian's standards are at the highest level. I will never use anyone else for any project that may arise.

Adrian's company did an outstanding job throughout, from our first meeting to our last! They remodeled two full bathrooms, designed and constructed an entertainment center from scratch and also modified the flooring in three rooms. Everyone we interacted with from Alba Construction was fantastic; great listeners, great follow through, very responsive, incredible craftsmanship. We have worked with many remodelers/builders over the years in different parts of the country etc. and he was by far the easiest to work with. I had ALBA do a full bathroom remodel. It only took 2 1/2 weeks from demolition to completion of the project. My project included replacing the existing shower, pulling out the bathtub and build of a custom vanity/linen cabinets. Adrian was great as a project manager. When he said someone would arrive at 8 o’clock in the morning they arrived at 8 o’clock in the morning. Every day. And everything went like clockwork.
Then consider the fact that my husband was in the hospital during most of this time. All the workers were very respectful of my time and situation.
And I think my new bathroom is beautiful!

The team at Alba was wonderful. They were very courteous, knowledgeable, helpful, and did great work.
The renovation they did on our primary bedroom and bathroom was great. They worked with us and helped make our ideas come to life. I know I will call them for any future renovations.

Did a major upgrade and remodel on our home. Price was competitive, not the cheapest but not the most expensive. Work quality was above average but not super high end. Only issues were communication was spotty at times and I felt a lot of days were wasted. At one point went almost a week with no work being done. Overall I am very satisfied with the results and would recommend this company. Of special note was their electrician/plumber George, awesome craftsman with a pleasant personality.

Lied about called us back. They never called.
