Amazing company! Amazing staff!! Will always recommend and use not only for personal use for ourselves but also for professional use for my husbands customers with his handyman business!

Great service. Very prompt, professional, friendly and honest. From the initial estimate to the installation, everything about this company says they look out for the customer first.

Great products and amazing customer service. Ty is amazing to deal with. Have bought 2 houses of flooring from them . I will definitely return for a 3rd.

You literally could not ask for a better company! These guys are AWESOME and took great care of us and have always taken amazing care of the clients we send their way. If I could give more than 5 stars I would :)

Looking for a specific tile flooring, cranmore flooring no longer carried. Tiffany got on the phone and called me later when she found it at another company. She went way out of her way to help me. When I buy the flooring I will have cranmore install.

Hi Tiffany,
I want to thank you for responding so quickly and effectively to our problem with the toilet bowl leak. Tony was terrific; on time, thorough and courteous. Your follow-up service and commitment are remarkable.

I couldn’t be more pleased with the whole process from getting an in home quote to the install. I also give them a big thumbs up when it comes to affordability. I will definitely be using Cranmore if I need to get more carpeting done.

We had Cranmore Flooring install new carpet and tile in our home. They were so great to work with and very efficient. Everything is amazing quality and we are so happy with our new flooring.

Cranmore Flooring did an excellent job on the bottom floor of our home. From adding a room at the last minute to answering my multitude of emails and texts and accommodating us to get the job done as soon as possible and rectifying a small scheduling misunderstanding, we were treated with nothing but professionalism and courtesy. When I'm ready to endure more home construction, I'm going to have them do our upstairs next! ;) Thanks Cranmore Flooring Sales!

This company does a fantastic job! Way better than the other competitors you see advertised on TV. This will be the only company that I will ever use from now on.
Thank you Cranmore for your excellent service.

Cranmore has been there for me whenever I have needed them over the years. To use Cranmore for either cleaning or installation is more than them providing a service, you are being welcomed into their family. They go out of their way for their customers more than most will even realize. As a Realtor I have come to rely or Cranmore for not only myself, but for my clients as well. Cranmore has both directly and indirectly made it easier for my clients whenever they buy or sell a home, which obviously makes my life easier. I would never recommend anyone else.

We have been using the Cranmore's for our carpet and tile cleaning and they always go above and beyond! We bought a new house and had them put in our new wood look tile and our floor looks amazing!! We are so happy with the results. Highly recommend if you want a reputable business to put in your new flooring!

These guys were the ONLY ones even willing to try and help my mom. They agreed to do an emergency measurement and go out of their way to get the job done. When I called back to let them know I wasn’t gona need the carpet , the courtesy and politeness was amazing. I wish I could of used this company.
But oddly the house sold as is literally before we could even decide on a color of carpet. Again this company really does seem to care and did go out of their way to help my mom. A1!! Highly recommend!!
Thanks Cranmore for keeping customer service real!!

I love this family run, community business. I have been extremely satisfied with carpet and tile cleaning services. They are reliable, professional and make sure the customer is fully satisfied with the work completed. Their prices are reasonable and quotes are honored. I recently needed to recarpet my condo and was pleased with the exceptional expertise given by every person throughout the process. There was no pressure to buy a certain product. I cannot say enough about the wonderful personality of every associate at Cranmore. I highly recommend them. 🤗
