Donnie fixed leaking garbage disposal and pressure valve on outdoor faucet. He explained everything and gave me some suggestions to help maintain plumbing. I'll use his services again if a need arises.

We have always had a great experience with Pridemark Plumbing. Donnie and his crew always show up on time, are very professional and knowledgeable. We had them install and service a tankless hot water heater and they are great at scheduling, and communication, and the install was done with no issues. I got several quotes from other companies and Pridemark gave a fair price for their work. Donnie is also great with telling you what you can do for maintenance so you dont have to spend more money. I highly recommend them!

I have used Pridemark Plumbing previously for an emergent leak inside my home - this time it was the outside mainline needing repair. EVERYONE I have encountered is professional, prompt and communicative. All details are given up front before work begins, questions answered and an explanation of what’s to be done.

Seriously the best plumbing company I have ever ever used. This is the second time I have used Pridemark and the plumber, Donnie, came both times. This time with his apprentice who was also great. They are simply the best. On time, thorough, knows their stuff, and Donnie is seriously the best most competent, fair and kindest technician I’ve ever encountered. Great company, the plumber Donnie went out of his way to come & fix our leaking pipe that was flooding the bedroom & worked late before a holiday to get it done! He also found what the problem was right away. Highly recommend!!

Fantastic experience from beginning to end. Pridemark was able to get my request scheduled quickly and Donnie showed up punctually for the appointment. He was quick to diagnose our issue and offer 3 different options based upon what our budget was, but didn't pressure us into an upsell. He completed the job quickly, made sure everything was clean when he left, and even gave us some advise on other plumbing related questions we had with our house. Our water bill increased significantly in August. I thought it was due to increased usage due to the ridiculously hot weather we’d been experiencing since May. When the bill was even higher in September, I knew something was amiss. Sure enough I had a leak in the main. Pridemark responded same-day. Donnie was on it. Professional, hard working, and a subject matter expert for sure. He had to do a lot of digging but he located the leak and made the repair. He came back the next day filled the area immediately near the repair with sand for added security. The price was very fair. I recommend Pridemark if you need a plumber. I would definitely do business with them again.

We were having issues with our Rinnai tankless hot water heater, it would shut off and we were getting an error code. Upon searching what that error code meant, we called the original plumber who installed the unit. They were not able to help in a timely manner, nor did they carry parts for the unit in their service trucks. I then found Pridemark through the Find a Rinnai Pro on the Rinnai website.

Donnie arrived within the timeframe provided and got right to work. He found a couple issues that he fixed and even provided some feedback for the builder as they installed the venting pipe too close to the window. (Not sure we'll be able to get the builder to fix that and I am really disappointed that our home inspector didn't catch the issue either)

I will refer Donnie to all my future clients as he knew what he is doing and certainly cared that he did it correctly.

Donnie did a fantastic job installing new kitchen faucet and cleaning tankless water heater. He is very knowledgeable of all things plumbing and I could not have been happier. Will certainly be calling again for future projects.

Had my water heater replaced. Donnie is an extreme professional and produces the work to show it. Very pleased with the process all the way around. Originally coming out for the quote, he got suggested what I needed to give me the best capacity for the use in the house. The process to get the appointment scheduled was easy. I received notification reminders for service as the install appointment approached and Donnie arrived right at the beginning of the appointment window. I highly recommend this company.

My Tankless Water Heater stopped igniting and a call to the manufacturer resulted in a referral to Pridemark. Donnie from Pridemark arrived and in a little more than an hour had my water heater working again. The charge was very reasonable. In addition Donnie noticed that my water softener was set to use more salt than was actually required. He asked if I wanted him to make the adjustment. He did the adjustment.
