Roadrunner Plumber was professional and quick to respond. They fixed a broken toilet, and when the issue resurfaced a few days after the initial visit, they came back and fixed it quick and did not charge extra. Highly recommend Mike and Roadrunner Plumber!

Roadrunner Plumber guys Mike and Chad were great, fast to come and fast to fix everything with quality materials, a vini-vidi-vici. Very friendly with a very nice personality and exceptional results.

Mike at Roadrunner Plumbing is hands down the best plumber I have found in over a decade at clearing drain line issues. My first experience with Mike was a little over a year ago and the results were unbelievable. He cleared my mainline of heavy heavy roots when no others could (had about 6 other plumbers try). He has specialized equipment and the desire to clear mainlines when they can be vs the majority of plumbers who want to dig and replace with prices starting at $4K. Mike stated he never had seen roots as bad as mine, yet he got the job done and when I sent a camera down I didn't see a single root. Amazing. Fast forward another year, at a different house, my kitchen drain line backed up. Over the weekend, I had two different plumbers come out, both could not clear the line. Other plumbers began talking about the potential need to dig through the slab of the house to repair the line. Mike shows up Monday afternoon, and in about 2 hours clears the line. Roadrunner Plumbing is amazing. My husband was installing a bidet on my mother's toilet and ran into an issue when a piece of the attachment to the wall broke. Thankfully we already had her water turned off, but if we turned it on there would be water flowing everywhere. We called RR Plumbing on a Sunday evening and they were able to get to my mother's place early Monday morning. Not only did they explain to my mom what they did and what they were doing, but they reached out to my husband to explain it to him as well. They also offered advice to ensure there's no issues with the installation in the future. They truly care about their clients and use their knowledge to help and educate others. We will without a doubt use Roadrunner Plumbing for all of our future needs!

Roadrunner Plumber came out to my residence a few weeks ago to address a loud toilet and slowly draining tub. I was very surprised that they came the next day after calling in the afternoon, and the two-man team was great. Updated me with everything that was being done, and once the issue was diagnosed I was given my options. It was all done from the time of arrival to them leaving in about an hour. The charges for parts and labor were fair too. Another thing I appreciated, given the current environment and social distancing, they both wore masks as a courtesy to my house which was highly appreciated. Overall I highly recommend this business!

WOW! Well worth it!!! I was able to schedule an appointment in a timely manner. I needed a pre Purchase Home inspection of all of the Plumbing in a 3,860 sq ft home!!

They were on time, very thorough, had some great suggestions for me as well. This company provided me a full report by the end of the day. Their report was easy to read and understand they supplied me with many pictures. That was great! This made things very easy to present to the home SELLER'S my concerns about issues found. The Roadrunner employee's I delt with were very polite and informative. I would use them again and I do highly recommend them. If I'm to ever have a plumbing problem I will call on them first. VERY REASONABLY PRICED!!!

My toilet had a leak and the Road Runner Plumbers came early on a Saturday morning. I had decided since they were coming to repair the leak why not update the toilet installation. They discovered my toilet was not even tied down, only airspace between my sewer pipe and floor. I wondered why it rocked. They poured a quick set concrete, securing the toilet bolts. Less than 2 hours later my toilet was all set. It has been over 2 months since the repair and all is working great.

June 2020
Used them again to install a new water heater. Best decision I made, again a quick response, caring attitude, replaced it with all new high end pipe and fittings. Prices better than Lowes and Home Depot. I highly recommend this family operated business.

The guys from roadrunner plumber were great. My 3-year-old managed to stuff large objects in both of our toilets and after several attempts to unclog them it was determined they would need to be replaced. Mike and Chad came out the next day and quickly installed our new toilets for a reasonable price; and my kiddos loved watching the process. Would definitely use them again.

We are so happy we were connected with Roadrunner Plumber to do our slab leak detection. We had previously contacted multiple plumbers with no avail. Not only was Roadrunner Plumber professional and reliable, they were the only ones to explain in detail how slab leaks can happen and what we can do in the future to help prevent them. We were so impressed, we had them come back to do a few other things.

They truly cared about helping us and treated us like family. We are never using another plumber again and will be recommending them to everyone we know!

I had accidentally drilled a screw into my main Pex waterline; I called Roadrunner right after turning my water off. They were on another job but answered the phone, said they could come in an hour. They showed up promptly in an hour and proceeded to do an excellent repair on the 1" line. Tested it and not even a drip of water leaked anywhere. I thought the price was fair and good value for such a quick response time in an emergency. Will definitely call them again if I need any plumbing and highly recommend.

Mike and his fellow worker was able to fit me in on a couple hours notice and fixed my outside water faucet promptly. I high recommend Roadrunner Plumbing and will be using them for any future work!

I called to have my water main shut off looked at. Because I couldn’t shut the water off to the house to have new appliances installed. So Mike, and Chad came out to evaluate the main shut off. I thought they were coming out to give me an estimate. But they came ready to work. And were able to replace the pipe on the spot. Very prompt, and clean work. They even patched the hole where they fixed the pipe. Superb work. I would highly recommend their services.
