I contacted Eddie in regards to a spring that was broken on our cooler door. He gave me a very fair price, though unfortunately it was out of our budget for the moment. Dispite taking the time out of his day to research what we would, need he was incredibly understanding about this. Even though I did not get to utilize his services he is one of the most polite, up front people I've spoken to in the service industry in a very long time. He was an absolute pleasure to deal with and just on that alone I would gladly use their company again for future needs.
