Dale & Izaiah removed our bathtub and replaced with a shower. They were careful with our flooring covering all surfaces with tarps. They were able to repair the underground waste piping, replace the leaking valves and then install a beautiful shower. Their work was professionally done. Both were personable and approachable. We are pleased with the end result.

Jenna was our In-Home Design Consultant and James was our installer. I'd highly recommend working with both of them.
As so many other reviews have said, they were helpful and professional during the entire process, so much more so than several of their competitors I contacted throughout my selection process.
They took care to keep my house as clean as possible, and cleaned up between days.
They helped us configure a setup with a diverter that selects between the tub or shower functionality, rather than the typical diverter tub spout.

Respectful and good installers. Finished ahead of schedule! Haven’t tried the bath yet as caulk is still wet. Left work area clean. Would recommend.

I had 2 bathrooms remodeled with Home Concepts. It was a very smooth process, not stressful at all which I appreciate. I had a consultation where someone came out to my home, they took measurements and asked for what I wanted. I got the estimate on the spot as well. Within weeks I had the first bathroom remodeled and it only took a day and a half. The second bathroom was completed soon after as well. There was an issue with the first bathroom remodel (not having cold water), but when the guy came out again for the second time he was able to quickly take care of the issue. They were professional and I just really love my showers!

Austen was the representative we first met with. He was professional and not pushy which we really appreciated. Showed us materials available, explained cost and warranties. Answered all our questions and concerns.. Kevin our installer was great. Professional, explained everything as he went through the different stages of taking out and installing our new shower. Laid down surface protection on our flooring and carpet, as well as covered and protected our bathroom vanity and countertop. Reviewed how to use new faucet, clean shower surround and doors. Cleaned up after job completed. We really put a lot of thought into choosing a company for a costly project like this. We've had a great experience with all staff we’ve had contact with. Would recommend this company.

My husband and I just had the shower in our master bedroom redone, and we are over the moon with results. It is absolutely beautiful!! Kevin, the installer, kept us involved during the entire installation, making sure everything was installed just the way we wanted it. Dante, the salesperson who sold us the redo, came out during the install just to make sure we were happy with how things were going. It took Kevin 2.5 days to complete the job....not a rushed one day job. Wish we had used Home Concepts for our first shower redo instead of Jacuzzi Bath, which was a 5 month nightmare.

I received a courtesy call from Home Concepts that they would be at my home at 8:45am. They arrived on time and was represented by Tom and Kevin. I walked them into the bathroom where the walk-in shower would be installed. I was quoted by the sales associate that the project would take 1-2 days to complete. Six hours later, Tom and Kevin had completed the project. Upon arrival they asked where I wanted grab bars, shower controls etc. Half way through, they had me show them where I wanted to shelves positioned in conjunction with the seat. These gentleman worked quickly and remained absolutely focused on this project. They laid down protective cloths throughout the house from the front door to the bathroom. They cleaned up the entire area and replaced all the rugs in their original place. They then explained in detail about the features of my new walk-in shower. One thing that I and my wife really appreciated was as they were going in/out of the house Amazon delivered some heavy packages. Because of our disabilities, they informed us that we had packages on the porch and they brought them into the house for us. How special is that. These gentleman worked nonstop and focused. If anyone reads this and is ever in the market for a walk-in shower; definitely give Home Concepts a call and don’t forget to ask for Tom and Kevin. They work so well together. Only 6 hours on this project and it is simply beautiful. I wish I could post a picture of my new walk-in shower. Just to let you know, I’m a disabled retired Marine veteran with a amputated leg.

We converted a tub to a walk in shower. They were amazing about working me in on my difficult schedule. Crew that did the demo & install were polite & professional - did a great job protecting the home (carpets, etc.) and cleaning up all the dust & debris after the job was completed. I highly recommend, and would use this company again.

Kalvin and Mathew were excellent installers and just finished the installation of my shower and surround. They worked very quietly and quickly. They finished up and left the area clean and spotless.

I recently had my tub replaced with a shower and the old shower removed. Because of a special order, it did take a while to get the product, but once it came it, they told me it would take 5 days, and they were true to their word. Kenny arrived promptly on Monday morning, he worked diligently through the demo and the replacement of the counter top and tub/shower conversion. He was pleasant and flexible when I needed to leave for the evening early. The professionalism of the company, salesperson and my remodeler was outstanding. I would highly recommend them to do your next job.

They were prompt and efficient. Very pleasant to deal with, patient and answered any questions or concerns. The work/installation was completed in the promised time, and is exceptionally well done.

The estimator was professional and thorough in describing the work necessary to complete the job. 50% of the job price was collected at signing of contract. Product came in on time. Crews scheduled time that worked for us. Advised project could take a full day and part of a second. Crews arrived on day of installed at time we agreed on. They were respectful of our furnishings and property. Throughout the project they asked us to provide input on aspects that were variable and it was nice to be included. Project was completed by 3 pm on the 1st day and looked very professional and just as we imagined it would. The crews were positive, upbeat and pleasant to have around. Thank you for a job well done!

Home Concepts just finished the bathtub replacement. Brandon did excellent work and in a timely manner. Very happy with the outcome and will be back to replace the sink counter in other bath which has been ordered Thanks to Candice as well for explaining everything.

I received estimates from several companies. I went with Home Concepts because they do not contract out their installers. Also, I felt comfortable working with a family owned and operated Arizona business.

Kevin, worked by himself throughout the day without any complaints. He took on the task of converting a bathtub/shower into a stand alone shower and remodeling the master shower. He always asked questions to make sure we were all in agreement on the work being done and always kept us informed about what he was doing and informing us about all options we had regarding the finished work. We are really impressed with his workmanship, ability, and knowledge about the projects. He was here for four days and was always on time. Employees from other companies could learn a great deal from him regarding work ethics. We are very glad and fortunate to have had him for our remodeling projects.

Very reasonable price but most importantly, they were very punctuality and they did what they offered. The two installers were very professional, polite and they did an exceptional job. Thank you.

I am loving my new shower! Every thought was put into making sure that the project went perfectly! Jose was helpful, thoughtful, very knowledgeable, and friendly! He made sure everything was completed perfectly, and no mess at all was left behind! Overall, an amazing experience!

Home Concepts did our remodeling for our new Bathroom Shower and Bathroom Countertops. Materials had to be ordered but the work was done very quickly over three days. The quality of the product and service was top notch. Kevin did our install and did an excellent job. The sales team and operations team also answered all our questions.

I highly recommend them.
