I needed to do a major renovation on a rental property in Tempe while living in Michigan. I was referred to GCA and couldn’t be happier with the results. They kept me in the loop through all stages of the project (texts and pictures) and answered all questions in a timely fashion. I may have another project coming up and would definitely use them again

They completed our nearly full-home remodel in just 7 weeks, and honestly, it could have been even faster if we hadn’t delayed a few decisions ourselves. What impressed us most was that their speed never came at the expense of quality. The craftsmanship throughout our home is exceptional and looks like the kind of work that would normally take twice as long to complete.

I have been working with GCA for quite some time now. From smaller repairs to full home remodels there is no one I trust more. They are such strong communicators, do excellent work, meet their deadlines and have very reasonable pricing. No one else I’d rather work with than Sam and his team.

Never met a more personable guy than Sam and his company’s work turned out to be a reflection of his can-do attitude. Very knowledgeable and yet willing to try new things based on our goals. At a time when finding subs to perform work can be difficult, Sam seemed to be able to pull in the needed trades to get the job done. Highly recommend this company.

Sam and Reed were great to work with from beginning to end. They worked through several quotes based on changing needs due to material cost fluctuations and offered line item pricing to allow for easy choices to execute in a phased approach. The payment terms were also nice, as it made budgeting easier and more predictable.

The initial demo was ahead of schedule and after the first day we hit 2 major and very unforeseen hurdles. We were able to address one hurdle the same day but by the end of the day they had an action plan to address the second one; allowing us to run unplanned scope and budget increase in parallel with the planned job.

While the unforeseen hurdle increased our project timeline by a couple of weeks, Sam and Reed were communicative the entire time via both phone and text—incredibly responsive and a pleasure to work with.

I will be using GCA again for the next planned phase to complete the renovation. But even what we've done so far was such a drastic change in aesthetic that I'm still getting used to my "new" home.

General Contractor Arizona LLC is amazing. We were hit with a huge storm which took out our cinderblock wall as well as caused a leak in our roof and Reed and his team had it fixed within days. They were easy to communicate with, prompt, and the end result was exactly what we were looking for.
