I had the pleasure of working with Darius from Stanley Steemer, and I couldn’t be more impressed. He was incredibly kind, professional, and clearly knowledgeable about his work. Darius took the time to explain the process, answered all my questions with patience, and delivered outstanding results. My carpets look brand new! His attention to detail and dedication to doing a thorough job really stood out. I highly recommend Darius to anyone looking for top-notch service.

Aaron the tech was amazing. You'l never meet a nicer person. He was eager to meet our needs and offer recommendations for the extras but not pushy at all. He did a fantastic job on our carpet. I would highly recommend him to my friends!

I had all the ducts cleaned in a 3500 square-foot house, it hadn’t been done since we bought the house and it was very, very dirty, and damaged in some areas. The Guys worked all day, very hard and did an amazing job, they were courteous, very communicative and left my home looking spotless after a very messy job. Would recommend them to anyone!

First time using Stanley steamer & I must say nothing but good things . Adrian our cleaning tech was so wonderful & knowledgeable. He went through what the service would consist of prior to the cleaning & completed the job leaving no mess behind . Very professional & efficient. My couch looks amazing now . Jorge showed up and showed out! There were two horrible stains, one on the bathroom floor and one on the kitchen floor. It made me miserable to see those stains. Jorge identified himself perfectly as Stanley Steamers representative and immediately begin to sample the area to make sure that his products would work and they did. He wasted no time delving into the job and oh boy did he ever do a superb job. I am so thoroughly pleased with Jorge and Stanley Steamer.

Darren showed up right on time, explained exactly what he would/could do and did better than he said he would. We have old stained carpet we are planning to replace but it needs to look at least presentable for the holidays and they look great!
He put signs to warn us not to slip in any spilled water, (there wasn’t any) and put protection over our vulnerable areas.
He didn’t try to convince us that we needed additional services and was very honest about the service. He was so nice to us and smart about his work!

Update: Just had James over again for our couch. Honestly, he is the best. He is kind l, efficient, and very trustworthy. I wouldn’t want anyone else working in our place.

Adrian was exceptional. Very polite, kind and professional. He cleaned the carpeting thru my house, and was quick! It looks beautiful and clean!!! And for the first time I was offered booties!!! I got a demo on my tiles which was really eye opening as to how dirty the grout gets! Yuck!

Aaron was our technician and he did a great job. Our puppy got a bit sick on the couch so we scheduled an appointment Wednesday at 9 am and Aaron was there by 2pm SAME DAY. Definitely helped us in a pinch and the 49ers played Thursday night so we needed to have the couch ready.

Aaron was very clear and concise about what he was doing and with some of the set-in stains he delivered proper expectations.

3rd time I've had the opportunity to use Stanley Steamer, this time for my entire 2400sf house. They've never failed me. Price is great, service is great. I'd recommend.

I always assumed Stanley steemer was expensive so I always used the mom and pop carpet cleaning companies which never were any good.
Have used Stanley steemer multiple times now and the do a better job by far than others. The tech I had the last two times goes above and beyond to do a good job on our carpets. Nice guy, detailed, quick and professional. Highly recommend both the company and the tech.

The young guys that came to clean the ducts and the vents, Jacob and Conner were just awesome!!! Really grateful for the careful attention they paid to detail and for catching bacterial growth on the AC before it got worse!! Did a thorough job and were excellent at explaining everything along the way. They even vacuumed and cleaned up before they left. Thankful for that!!

James was on time, and honest in his assessment of my stain issue. Prepared the walls, door and area to ensure a safe and successful result. Super efficient in the process! My carpet looks amazing despite my fumble with an oil based product. This is our second time using Stanley Steamer at this home and we could not be more pleased with their quality work! Service techs Lusando & Connor were top notch cleaning out ductwork. They are very knowledgeable, polite, conscientious, friendly, thorough, well trained, went above & beyond to ensure all was just right! It was a long day but they hung in there. We are very appreciative & would highly recommend their team.

Daemon did an amazing job!! I had two rooms of carpet and an area rug cleaned. He was courteous, friendly, and explained everything. I love Stanley Steemer for their high quality of clean, customer service, and honest/transparent pricing. Will only use them for future cleans.

Adrian was awesome! He was so thorough in cleaning our couches even suggesting we unhook and pull them all apart to get the sides of each couch even though these sides really arent seen...people who go above and beyond like this is something we dont see anymore these days! We were really impressed as he was here almost 6 and 1/2 hours working on 2 rugs and our sectional. We would highly recommend Adrian to anyone...out rugs and couches look brand new!

Michael and Connor were Exceptional!!! Did a Great job. Explained the process, were careful with their equipment and their clean up was also great! They were both Friendly and Professional! Would request them again!!!
