Fantastic company. We met them first on a warranty call. They were professional and responsive to the repair. They explained their maintenance plan. As soon as my pathetic warranty contract was up, I engaged Just Better to come in and evaluate my systems. They were all 20 years old and the warranty plan had just continued to put bandaids on everything. I just replaced three systems. It was amazing to see these guys at work. Totally professional and thorough. Pricing was competitive and fair. Follow up has been top tier. So glad I found these guys. Won’t ever use anyone else.

The technician was timely, polite and professional. A good experience. When Jordan returned for the repairs he was quick and thorough. This air system should work well for quite awhile

These guys were the best! From the office staffs kindness and professionalism to the install guys Ben and Anthony (I believe) professional, communicative, efficient and pleasant approach on site. I had a horrible recent experience previously with the company I ended up NOT going with and Just Better Air hesitated none to jump in and assess and complete what would’ve been a nightmare otherwise. They worked quick and efficiently with care to get me scheduled knowing my struggle and the temperature outside reaching triple digits. I’m super grateful for their hard work!

I was assigned to Just Better Air through an existing Choice Home Warranty claim. This was the third company to come out to try to figure out what was going on, and I am very glad it ended up being Just Better Air after plenty of frustration and no results with prior companies.

Cynthia, the diagnostic technician, was extremely thorough, professional, and a pleasure to work with. She shows a level of care that is rare these days and seems like we were finally able to get to the bottom of things.

Their claims department, in particular Jade and Mark, have also been extremely helpful and kind throughout this whole process.

Worked with Jordan today and he was extremely kind and competent. Literally couldn't be happier. My husband and I just closed on our first house and the AC promptly went out on closing day and was working intermittently ever since. I called the home warranty company and they scheduled me with some pretty shady companies at first, and I had to call them three times to get transferred to this company (they assign contractors at random). I am so thankful I ended up with this company.

Jordan let me observe so I could learn about AC units and how they work, and he explained a lot to me that was super helpful. I am so grateful and would not hesitate to contact this company again.

I am used to getting scammed and taken advantage of by most of the contractors that seem to be aligned with the home warranty company we have had for the last four years.
Jordan, the technician with Just Better Air Conditioning, is a glaring exception to that normal rule.
Not only was he extremely knowledgeable and pleasant- he carefully explained everything about my system and exactly what he was doing, any things I could do to help prevent future issues, and, when it came time to go, he did offer me several options for service but did not try and badger or force an upsell like many others have.
As someone in sales for over 25 years, I can really appreciate that.

Because of Jordan’s pleasant demeanor, helpful advice, and willingness to check other areas of my system and give me advice, I will definitely consider just better air conditioning for my further heating and air-conditioning needs.

This was a 2-10 Home Warranty service request. Just Better AC followed-up with 2-10 for authorization, material delivery and schedule our install of a new AC. Just Better came back the next morning to remedy a humming noise. Excellent service, professional people and great to work with. Thank you!!

Just Better Air is the company my warranty company sent (we recently moved to a new home) and what a great experience! Kevin was the technician and as soon as he turned the AC down, he noticed the problem was the air filter. He explained and showed it to me and fixed it by putting tape on the filter to hold it in place. He was knowledgeable when I asked him questions and very pleasant. Also, Susan at the office was great. She called to make sure I was aware of the appointment and called back again to let me know of a schedule change. She was professional and very pleasant with a perfect personality for dealing with people. We will be using this company for our AC and heating needs!

Landen is the name of the tech who came to diagnose my AC which had stopped cooling my house. He did such a detailed diagnosis that I was very impressed with his knowledge and education about AC. He was very patient and very friendly. Answered all my questions happily.

Kevin is the consummate professional. Easy to talk to and extremely knowledgeable when it comes to HVAC systems. I will continue to use just Better Air Conditioning and Heating for any future needs that I have because of their outstanding service and quality of work.
