They were amazing!! My AC broke Friday and I called them at 2:00 pm and they were there within the hour. Chad serviced the AC unit and was super informative, fast, and easy to work with. The other place I called wouldn’t have been able to get there till Monday. So when these guys were able to get there the same day I was thrilled. I’m officially a fan.

Came out day my AC had issues, chad walked me through what was going on and even explained a few extra questions incase just curious about. Highly recommend.

Fast service! Called them about my heater and within 45 mins maybe even less were at my door. Very knowledgeable and upfront. Will be using them in the future!

Chad came to service our furnace today because it had a leak. He was knowledgable, friendly and helpful. We’ll be reaching out to these guys again for our heating and cooling needs.

Late (9:30pm) one hot Saturday night our ac unit stopped working, and Devan had our ac running better than new within an hour!! I called 3 other techs and none of them could come. “AnyHour” couldn’t schedule me for 10 days!!! Paragon and Devan went above and beyond, got my air conditioner pumping at a cool 51degrees, which was 5 degrees cooler than it was before they came. That will save me money because the system is much more efficient and won’t need to run as long!

Just had an after hours call that they responded to quickly and were at our house within the hour. The diagnostics and repair were quick and our technician Devon was extremely knowledgeable. I was super impressed with his professionalism. Highly recommend.

While the other companies had a 1-2 week waitlist, Chad fixed my problem the same day I called! He was prompt, efficient, and very knowledgable. I highly recommend him.

The team at Paragon Service Pros were amazing! They were friendly and helpful, which seems to be a rarity for HVAC companies these days. The ability to Book Online was also so nice! We needed a quick tune-up on our system and Paragon had it completed in no time! They also didn't charge us any extra fees for coming out on a weekend! They will definitely be my first call next time we need any HVAC services handled.

Chad was delightful! He had to do a bit of "try" and seek but last night he found and fixed our A.C. (102 outside yesterday). I would definitely use Paragon again and would definitely recommend this company!

Devan did an excellent job on our furnace tune up today. He was prompt and explained thoroughly each task he was performing. We haven't had our system check out since we moved in 8 years ago. So it needed some love. He also cleaned our extremely dirty burners and explained the purpose of it. Easy to book an appointment online and then they called to get details.

Chad was great! He came same day, explained everything going on with our AC. Everything made sense. Not sure how much other companies would have charged, so we just trusted him without getting a second opinion.

My experience with Paragon was fantastic. They arrived within 60 minutes of me calling. Their technician was professional and knowledge. He provided outstanding service. The motor on my AC unit died, they has the parts I needed and fixed it quickly. I was super impressed with the quality of the technician and his friendly demeanor. I will definitely be using them next time I have HVAC issues.

Paragon services was great! We had scheduled an appointment for next day service but got a call saying they could actually make it out to us that same day! Our tech Chad was super helpful in explaining what he was doing, how certain things could be beneficial for us to do to help with maintenance and life of the unit. All around a great experience.

Stop the searching and call Paragon! Our hvac has been less than ideal for a year. With the system only being a year old we knew something hasn’t been right. Once our warranty was up we called paragon. Chad had our system sorted in no time and knew EXACTLY the problem. Paragon is our new go to for hvac!

We are so impressed with Paragon! We called with a frequent but non-urgent issue, and Devan still came out on a snowy Friday evening to diagnose and maintenance our furnace. He was very friendly and professional, answering all of our questions and explaining what he found throughout the time he was here. Devan minimized our costs by cleaning what he could rather than replacing items, while still informing us on what might need replacement in the future as well as what we can do to keep the system healthy.
