RCS helped me out when I had water damage to my floor in Phoenix, AZ. They mitigated the damage and helped me with my entire repair and rebuild. They were communicative, timely, professional. I was nervous this was going to be a really hard process, and they made everything easy. I can't say enough good things about Chandler and Mark and the whole team at RCS.

RCS did a really great job restoring flood damage in our Anthem house. They got the job done in a timely manner and respected both my wife and I as well as our home. RCS Builders did an amazing job in restoring the kitchen in our townhome in Scottsdale after it was flooded and demolished. Mark Surey and his team made the kitchen look better than it did prior to the major leak. An amazing team. Mark and David are experienced and use a wonderful crew to get the job done. When our kitchen had water damage, they had to rebuild cabinets, drywall, and paint a very large area. It looks like nothing ever happened now. Highly recommend For repairs or remodels.

When a pipe broke causing severe damage to my home I didn’t know where to turn, fortunately, I contacted RCSbuilders. They immediately started the recovery process and had a mitigation team on site quickly, worked closely with my insurance company and preformed the restoration of my home. Mark worked hard to stay within the amount the insurance would cover yet was open to any changes I wanted to make and stayed in contact with me through the entire process. He reduced the stress of the situation and gave me the impression he actually cared about me and wasn’t just taking advantage of my situation.

White-glove treatment from Mark and his team at RCS. They helped me out of a jam in a house that had tenants living in it. They made a very difficult situation much easier for both me and the folks living in the house. Would highly recommend!

Mark and his team at RCS Builders, recently completed a custom remodel on my house. The transformation has been jaw dropping. My friends are amazed at the changes and workmanship in the project. I could tell his team took pride in the skill and expertise they contributed on my project.

Everyone I came in contact with were patient and helpful when I had questions, needed things explained in a different way for total understanding and wanted suggestions on possible options. I felt like my total satisfaction was important. His bid was competitive, and he was accommodating (and $ fair) with some changes I requested once the work started. I learned alot during this remodel. I would absolutely work with Mark on future projects and/or recommend him to my friends.
